This is the 2nd time staying here. Location Location Location ✅️✅️✅️ But this place seriously needs help. Our first stay I remember room need maintenance & alot of TLC It's clean but very run down. Absolutely disgusting. If I could give 0 stars I would. The place smells like cigarettes, none of the bedroom lamps work, the bathroom light doesn’t work, there are holes in the wall, bench wasn’t cleaned, cockroaches in the cupboards, i could go on. My workplace booked this motel and I couldn’t be more disappointed or disgusted.

Room was terrible. Hadn't been cleaned.Ciggarette ash on the floors.marks /dirt over evey table ,coffee table, bedside tables. Big stains on the doona.Toilet was dirty . Dead flies on bathroom floor & had long black hair all over the floor.Shower was disgusting, screen was stained & had soap marks all over it. Shower floor was putrid,build up of disgusting black gooey stuff.Shower cable was leaking,no water pressure, Big cavatie where roof fan is ,was missing the cover,covered in thick dust and spider webs The walls had marks all over them,writing and drawings on walls with black marker,holes filled with patches of plaster,door missing handle to the bed room, drops of blood splatter on walls,Heater was out of order,crumbs all over the floor.Really bad smell in the room. I was meeting my girlfriend there ,so I actually cleaned for a good 30-40 minutes before she came.it was not good at all.what a rip off.we stayed for about an hour and left.what a joke. Never again, what a waste of money

Room was not clean. Urine on the toilet seat. Several rooms rented to unsavoury people. (permanent) Will never stay there again. It was just convenient for me to stay there.

Avoid this place.Rooms are derelict and dirty. No dusting done, floors dirty, holes in wall, nail clippings and cigarette butts in bedside tables, dirty tissues , bathroom no exhaust fan, mould in shower, someone’s dirty laundry left in bathroom. Kitchen area a disgusting mess with dirty drawers, unwashed dishes etc etc. to top it all off the smoke detector had been removed. This establishment needs to be reported to the relevant health authorities
