Beach views were lovely. Good location. Could upgrade some equipment inside (toaster). Couch looked and felt dirty. One mirror in house (bathroom) is definitely not enough for a family. Couldn’t walk around with no shoes on as feet got really dirty from the industrial floors not being cleaned properly. Window dressings especially in bedrooms did not close properly.It was disappointing to hear every footstep of the persons above. People in room above finished running around at midnight. Then started running around at 4am. Not much sleep had by people in our apartment. Something definitely needs to be done with flooring above.

Great location directly opposite the beach with an easy walk to surf club, shops and Cafes. On a negative, the block out curtains were mouldy and yellowing with age and need to be replaced and the unit needs a proper clean in the draws and cupboards. Would gladly stay again, however not on the bottom floor. The noise from upstairs was quite loud.

Such a great spot! Very close to the beach and the apartment was perfect for the weekend.

Excellent location. Great coffee, food and playground for kids. Beach across the road. Big apartments and very affordable.

There really just were not enough utensils, plates etc. My parents came for lunch and it was quite difficult to cater. Not enough plates etc. I also felt that it was very expensive for such basic supply of equipment and bedding. i.e. doona had no cover.

Property was clean but lacked some basics such as tea / coffee and there was only 1 wine glass. Dishwasher also didn't work

Photos are for front 4 units giving the impression they are all ocean view units, ours was tucked away at the side.The only means of privacy from other guests and neighboring properties was to close the roller blinds, making the unit very dark. Location was great but type of accommodation is more like Standard Room rather than Luxury. No Iron/hair dryers, dishwasher and very tight parking, suitable for small cars only. Needs more thorough attention to housekeeping, no mattress/pillow protectors, stained pillows, spillage stains still on table/coffee table, dust, sand and grime under lounges, beds and lounge cushions. Overpriced, Last Resort only!

View from the porch is next to none pending on what one ' s landscape is adorne. All the essentials that is required for a family. Lacked local tv programs due to the tv not picking up the signals however saved by the apps ie netflix. Cleaniness needs to be paid attention to we are in a covid world and there were remiments of precious tenants: not good. certain items need attention ie broken amenties.

Amazing position. No oven and no stovetop which is challenging for a family. Also laundry and bathroom are all in one including toilet. Again, can be challenging for families.

The pictures are not accurate. My 2 bedroom apartment looked nothing like the picture.

Location is amazing. Great price . Few little maintenance issues ; shower leaked & tv didnt work but we didnt mind at all as we were hardly in the unit.

I really wanted to like this place as communication and friendliness was great in talking to the property about check in at night... but cleanliness was really lacking. It was just a bit grimy, which is uncomfortable at the best of times; frightening during COVID times. Instructions said my unit was on the ground floor when in fact it was on the 1st level. Great location.

Loved it, had mentioned we were a family of five but only catered for four, aside from that, all good.

Whilst this is perfectly placed on the beach it did not make up for poor maintenance and lack of cleanliness. Internet and TV did not work on first night, that happens I guess but DVD did not have HDMI cable so that was useless. With 3 grandkids it was time for games but still frustrating. My Car was too tall for car park and I needed to park at the beach. Did not sleep as it is brand new and rather expensive. We will not go back.

Disappointing ... have stayed here before and it was clean and well kept. Now the entire place is worn and tired. Such a shame as it is a great location but is definitely not luxury!

A total scam. Advertised as a beachfront luxury apartment, with a picture of the apartment we were to have. We were directed to the back one overlooking not just their bins but the bins next door as well. The furniture was very budget with no sign of the advertised luxury. It was very noisy with one long verandah.We didn't think we would stay even though we had paid. The final insult was the girl with the keys said to make up our minds so she could resell it!
