Decent, basic hotel, you know what you're going to get with an ibis. No real complaints, room was basic but tidy enough, no real comforts as such. Staff ok, could be a bit more friendly but hey ho.

You have to pay for parking, unknown before booking. The other guests were noisy and empty trash was left outside of door. Walls thin. Night staff couldn’t help. Breakfast staff were helpful and friendly. I would not chose this hotel again, and I would avoid the ibis chain,

I was not impressed with the customer service I received from the receptionist on duty upon my arrival. She did not greet me upon arrival and did not inform me in advance that the parking machine would not issue a receipt.

No hot water in the morning for the shower/sink. I was told this was because someone switched off the main boiler. Apart from that, good value and nice staff.

Dull paint job. Not as nice as when it was a Premier Inn

Very disappointed with Shower very poor hot water pressure and to top it, hot water was barely tepid nobody wants to come from a days work to a cold shower and start the next day when shower was still cold. I also don’t see why they charge for car parking. I won’t be back.

Good parking, £5 bit steep for 1 night. Overall had a good stay

Parking at an extra charge, with no signage to show the cost. On arrival staff to a while to show up and check us in. The check out staff were instantly on hand though, checked we were happy with everything. Only one chair in the room, for two people.

Clean room, friendly staff. Free car charger x4 was a bonus. You do pay to park when you stay but that’s expected these days. I would stay again no problems

Sign said breakfast from 5 am everyday but morning staff tried to say this wasn’t until 8 while stood next to the above mentioned sign

Room was clean and modern! Breakfast was good quality and hot but less options available. Easy parking, pub next door, Asda 5-10 drive, xscape 10min drive. Excellent value for money

Clean and tidy rooms, very spacious with great pillows and a very comfortable bed. The large smart TV was an added welcome bonus. Our rom location meant we could hear loud noise coming from outside the building, but you could hardly hear it if the windows were shut. Staff seemed friendly and were able to accommodate our early check in. 8/10

Comfortable

Really surprised by this place. Really hidden away. The room was lovely and clean and nicely decorated, very modern. Only downfall was the chargeable parking, shame but not the end of the world as it was £5 for 24 hours…just didn’t expect it. Would definitely stay here again
