I am very disappointed with this booking. The room for rent is dirty and has a lot of damage. The bathroom sink in the drain was clogged and the water went straight to the floor, no cleaning in advance. The TV channel is not regulated, complaints are answered and via chat are only asked what the problem is. If there is a lot of damage, it is also useless to explain, there must be action. There is no wifi, the reason is that the modem is fully used. I made a booking from Monday, May 30, 2022, the unit should have been checked in advance. Why are you guys busy looking for a modem on D-day? The modem solution will only be returned 20,000/night. It's not a refund issue, we rent it to guests. The image and first impression immediately look unprofessional.

The card access cannot tap entering from the lobby door, it is really troublesome to ask to open security, already paid 1.3 million but the cs call there is another 900 thousand deposit. the price is not worth it. So sorry. I stayed at Marriot alone there was no deposit. Towels and sheets are dirty even though they can be lost if washed, but my deposit is deducted by 300,000.
