There is a receptionist in front of the counter who looks angry, bad mood, customers arrive at the accommodation late. Called but did not answer. Beautiful, peaceful accommodation with a pool.

Hi Priyalak, we don't advertise for any of those amenities in the garden view room you booked. Water in the bathroom has been fixed, if you came to us at the time of your stay we could have sorted the issue then.
