The presidential suite is not the best. It’s two bedrooms and the shower is not in the master’s bedroom. To shower, I had to go through the balcony to the next room to shower. The balcony is open and people from other units can see you going back and forth between the rooms. I don’t like the design.

The staff was very friendly, the breakfast was delicious and their dinner too. The rooms were always clean

Lovely stay at Ramada. Very professional and helpful staff, within walking distance to the Mall of Istanbul, comfy beds and tasty meals. Would stay here again

Clean, convenient location & pleasant staff.

Unpleasant smell in the room from the previous cigarette smoke. This hotel only for the smoking guest where smell of cigarette can be heavily detected especially in two elevators.

The staff was really kind and accommodating. Breakfast options were nice. Convenient walking distance to the Mall of Istanbul and other small neighborhood restaurants.

Horrible service - I ordered room surface and it took over three hours for them to deliver they didn’t even bother to tell me what is the delay .. I couldn’t not sleep till after 3:00am .. they allowed drunk men in the room .. I complained four times and they asked me to change my room. After they were very loud. Laughing and screaming .. they were smoking to the point it that it came in my room .. although the rooms were non smoking .. I was very disappointed with the whole experience and I will never , ever back

They provide a chauffeur service from Istanbul Airport in a luxury van for a reasonable rate. The hotel was in a beautiful position, close to the Istanbul Mall and a theme park. Their service and quality were excellent.
