Beautiful location and beach But the building was under construction and none of the guests were notified Spent one day of our vacation from 10 to 5 without electricity at the resort Noticed very poor oversight at the beach. People came from neighboring resorts and used beach facilities without anyone noticing

We should have been alerted to major construction. Lobby was closed, lobby bar and construction activity everywhere on the main floor. We expect MUCH more when we booked a Ritz Carlton property. Will not go back.

We were talked into upgrading at check in to the club level room (7th floor) with ocean front view. It was nice to have the access to food/drinks all day, however I don’t think it was worth the extra $550 per night. Room was very nice, clean, great view. Mitchell who assisted us at the beach was wonderful-he made a birthday celebration extra special. The construction going on on the sushi restaurant was disappointing because it blocked the views you normally see when walking into the hotel. We were looking forward to having sushi the first night, but they were only serving a couple small rolls in the club lounge. We are looking forward to returning when the sushi lounge is open. Dinner at BLT was also great-recommend the seafood platter-it was fresh and delicious. Aside from feeling like I was oversold on the club access, we had a great experience, received excellent service and hope to be back one day soon.

Not Ritz quality. No luxury at all. Food and drinks were below average but overpriced.

Perfect Mother/Daughter August 2025 vacation. Fabulous staff. There is nothing they will not do for you to make your Ritz experience unforgettable. Rooms are spacious & kept spotless. On site dining was very good & convenient. Pool/beach areas are spotless & provide comfortable lounge chairs, unlimited towels, sunscreen & ice water stations (bring your water bottle for easy refills.) Segway servers are at your service throughout the day bringing drinks & food right to your seat. It is amazing to watch how effortlessly they navigate through the chairs. Pool & Fitness center are open 24/7. Floats, kayaks, paddle boards are free of charge. Musicians during outdoor day & evenings are so impressive. There was a different instrument each day including a sax, guitar, violin with familiar & tasteful tunes. The spa was lovely. We did a couples massage for 90 minutes & it was the best. No reservation are required to use the relaxation room, steam room & whirlpool. This is a nice perk if you need a break from the fun & sun. My daughter & I are committed to our Ritz Aruba vaca each year. We are so lucky & appreciative to have enjoyed the best experience ever!!

The attention to detail by every staff member was excellent. Each and every person made us feel welcome and special. I highly recommend this property too all.

The hotel is a beautiful and safe location. The entire staff was completely outgoing with attentiveness and constant communication on how to make our stay better. Enough said I would return to this hotel .

Property, location and room were great. Only thing is the prices for drinks on the beach were absurd. $25 for a coconut water that cost $5 in the hotel shop. Would stay again

We had a terrible experience on the property with one of the guests and I am disappointed on how the supervising staff handled the situation. I have never felt so disrespected and treated poorly. Will never stay at the Ritz Carlton again.

The weather was perfect. Atmosphere was amazing and the service was exceptional.

The hotel was nice and the beach great. But we had a power outage and the hotel did not have generator power. I had to go up the stairs to the 6th floor twice. Found out that power outages are common in Aruba but the hotel should be prepared for that. No apologies or compensation.
