We were treated very nicely. Buzz was so nice and he remembered us each time we seen him. So many of the team treated us like family. Will love to return.

This was my first Carribean solo trip and it was everything and more and this hotel is the reason why. I will never stay anywhere else when in Aruba.. the Ritz has my heart.

This is our third time staying at the Ritz Carlton Aruba. We absolutely love this hotel. The staff is pleasant, the beach is clean and the food is great. Christian at the front desk and Angie at the boutique were amazing! This place gets 5 stars from us all every year!

I like the location

Wow. Our stay at the ritz was beyond amazing. We stayed for 6 nights and 7 days with our two boys, 5 and 8. We often had the pool to ourselves and it was exceptionally clean. The beach outside the hotel was also exceptionally clean and perfect. Not at all crowded and always tons of chair and umbrella options. Every single staff member was kind, professional, and helpful. We ate lunch at the restaurant every day and sat next to the pool so the boys could swim during lunch. Worth every single penny spent. I will say, if you are looking for kids entertainment and activities, then find a different place. This is a high end place that is intended for luxury and relaxation.

The hotel was amazing, the service was impeccable. The only thing we did not like was that you cannot really swim in this beach because it’s way too shallow. We literally felt like swimming in the kids pool.

The service is impeccable. From the cleaning staff to the front desk, doorman, casino, and the cabana attendants. We were treated the same by every one!

Great staff. Resort buckles and dimes you to death. Love the resort. Not worth the price.
