Very impressive... Besides being worth the price, the hotel is located in the city center, close to shopping centers and culinary centers.

The service is good and close to the market.

Overall it's good, only access to the hotel at night is a bit difficult, but everything is great, good service, okay food, worth the price, just keep doing maintenance often so that it will always be an option for staying in the center of Jakarta.

I really enjoyed my 3-night stay here. The check-in process was fast, and the water in the room was refillable. The breakfast food was also delicious. My only bad experience was on my last day, October 10, 2026. I had breakfast at 6:15 a.m. WIB, alone. The female chef at the egg stand couldn't believe I wasn't allowed to order two soft-boiled eggs, allowing me to order only one. I was allowed to order two days prior. I was very disappointed with the woman, and I hope the management will take this into consideration. I was staying alone, and I should have been free to order as many eggs as I wanted.

Fast check-in, informative staff, comfortable room, hot water, good Wi-Fi, and a clean bathroom. It was a great place to rest, especially after we were tired from waiting for our family after surgery. Breakfast also had a wide selection of food and drinks. Keep up the good work, Hi Hotel 🤲

I've actually been a regular here since 2019, but the more I stay here, the more I'm bothered by the small cockroaches I often encounter in my room. But I must commend the staff for being extremely helpful and friendly. I'll try calling Rentokil to ensure the cleanliness is maintained. Thank you.
