The receptionist is responsible for changing the smoking room to a non-smoking room.

The room is spacious and clean. The bed is also quite comfortable and soft. The AC is very cold. The water heater works. The food is quite tasty and plentiful. However, it's a bit lacking for kids. Those who don't like vegetables or spicy food should bring their own or try cup noodles.

The hotel staff are friendly, the room is clean, but the sheets are a bit shabby, access everywhere is okay.

Plus: fast check in and check out, friendly and helpful staff, nice view (we got 16th floor room), very close to Pasar Senen station, free refill drinking water from the water dispenser provided on each floor. Minus: bathroom door needs repair, bath towels urgently needs to be changed.

For budget hotel, the room space, price and location are good. Bed is comfortable, high floor with good view, desk for working, sufficient light. Only on my first day, I found baby cocroach crossing my bathroom. 2nd day, it all clean. it would be good if you provide more divider between shower and washtafel to keep dryness in washtafel area.
