Please improve the service and cleanliness. To the hotel management, perhaps they could renovate and re-examine the layout and lighting in the hotel, because the hotel atmosphere is very scary. To the hotel staff, please be more friendly 😬. I stayed for 2 nights, booked, paid, and checked in. At night the atmosphere was very scary, I immediately decided to check out. When checking out that night, the receptionist was indifferent, did not ask why I checked out even though I had only checked in that afternoon. Maybe my advice is to be more considerate of guests who are intending to vacation in the Surabaya area. The hotel is not maintaining cleanliness.

Affordable price. Spacious rooms. Convenient location close to town. The receptionist wasn't very friendly, though. Otherwise, it was fine.

As for the service, it was friendly and the information was clear. As a guest, my suggestion is that parking should be free so we can get in and out without paying for parking.

Requesting early check-in wasn't possible, even though it was available on the app. When I got there, I was asked to upgrade, and my original check-in ended up being forfeited, huhu.

The room was awful, smelling of cigarettes upon entering. The bed was sagging, dirty, and the towels and sheets were shabby. The heater worked fine, and the AC worked.

The AC is not cold, the TV does not work. Also, there are minimal directions to access the room. I will not stay here again.

The room was absolutely filthy, with mosquitoes and cockroaches everywhere. The bed was infested with mites, and everyone felt itchy as soon as they lay down. The lighting in the room was like a haunted house. As soon as I entered the room, I felt uncomfortable and canceled my stay, but there was no refund. As a result, my two-night stay was refunded for one night, which was better than getting a refund for the other night. Highly not recommended, even though it was a good place to stop and rest.

24-hour staff is always available, so it's okay for transit.

The hotel is located in an industrial complex but remains comfortable due to the atmosphere, cleanliness, friendliness & proximity to Alfamart, just a short walk and you'll arrive.
