Check-in and check-out were smooth. Need deposit in cash or bank transfer of IDR300K. The refund of the deposit also very smooth. Cleanliness can be improved. AC was cool, working washing machine and big fridge. Pak Richard also very responsive. Recommended place!

Great location Room amenities are good Booked 2 rooms and got rooms in different towers, Atlantic and Bahama, which was a bit of a hassle going back and forth.

Overall, it was good. The staff responded quickly, check-in was smooth, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the deposit was returned in full and on time. The only downside was that the bathroom could be improved, as it was a bit small and smelly, and some parts of the walls were moldy. Otherwise, it was great. I'll stay again next time 😄

The view from the room is very nice, the room is quite small, okay for a 1-night staycation, the staff are friendly and escorted to the front door of the room, thank you, strategic location, clear key collection information, there is a large children's and adult swimming pool, there is a playground too.
