Staff go extra. Rooms tired.

I liked the hotel's location as there were many restaurants close by and the beach front was amazing. The condition of the hotel however needs to upgrade.

Property is NOT in good condition. All amenities is outdated. The paint and walls Have rust, paint literally falling off building. Not sure why the owner is able to continue opening for business and allowing guest to still book & stay. Staff is friendly but the premises is not clean nor safe to function for business, it’s funny I’m unable to upload photos with my review. But there are plenty other hotels to choose from so please do that. Seablast is damaging property and alot of repairs are needed. So save yourself the disappointment and do not stay here.

It’s an older property and the internet was not very good but the location is wonderful. Beautiful beach. We had a lovely stay.

The staff and people were nice. Other than 1 restaurant, there really wasn't anything else at the hotel. The hotel needs to be updated, especially our room. We had issues with our room and they did their best to address the issues but we gave up. We were lucky another hotel was nearby that had restaurants and bars. I was surprised the Radisson was run down. I've stayed at other ones and they were good.

Beware! Room was full of mold

The staff was excellent. Rooms were clean and excellent. Property had rust in areas, parts of balcony. This made me think these areas were unsafe. When you look up at balcony from outside rust was also visible. I thank the staff for their work. The property needs additional maintenance.

Staff was amazing. Shania and Akeelah went above and beyond to accommodate my husband and I. They had refreshments in our room when we arrived. Everyday they replaced refreshments. They surprised me for my birthday with a complimentary cake and wine. They helped us with tours. The front desk people were great with questions regarding area and restaurants just an amazing time. We will be returning next January!

Great access to the beach quaint area

Pros: G's SCUBA Diving boat picks up AT the hotel and he's the best Spacious clean rooms Very clean beach with very calm waters Availability of beach chairs without getting up at 1am to reserve them Royal horses are brought to swim every morning between 5-7am (you can ride them, swim with them, take photos with them etc) It's quiet It's very clean The staff is very courteous and professional There are plenty of places to eat that are spectacular within a half minute walk (yes really) to a 20 minute walk Excellent value for the price Monkeys you can feed within a two minute walk at sunup and sun down. Cons The hotel restaurant has horrible food. Nearly inedible in my eyes. The breakfast buffet is decent. You aren't really in the heart of downtown or too close to that either. It's not the main strip, but it's still a good location for anyone that doesn't need 500 different close by restaurants etc. The hotel is out of date. That said, there's nothing wrong with it. It's in good shape. Is it older? Yes. Is it bad? Not at all. The pool area is bland, but when you're on spectacular water you really don't need the pool anyway. Also, the beach bar could be better staffed. Granted, you're 10' from another bar anyway. Overall, our trip was excellent. We loved the hotel despite the shortcomings it has. I can't think of a better place for value that covers all the important factors.

The check-in was a very easy process. Staff were super nice, courteous and extremely friendly. The property has the best location! The beach is beautiful and you are right at the shipwrecks. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable and the cleaning staff were nice and really good. The food at the restaurant was actually really good.

I don’t like anything about this hotel! staff rude n service horrible plus they telling me that they can’t find my reservation when I arrived. Never again! Worst experience

The place is very outdated and many things don’t work as they should. The shower was an issue, TV didn’t work to its full capacity. WiFi was terrible. Customer service was not great. We were ignored many times. Only good thing is that it is oceanfront

Located on pebble beach! The beach is beautiful, plenty of food options including famous Cuzz who makes great fish sandwiches but has a nasty attitude so nasty that I didn’t go back. Lodging at this resort is very outdated but worth the price and having beach access to one of the best beaches

However, my latest experience has raised several issues that I believe need to be addressed.Upon arrival at the Radisson Aquatica Barbados Hotel on 4/9/2023, I noticed a significant difference between the advertised images and the actual condition of the hotel as well as the “Ocean Front Room” that I booked. The was not consistent with the clean and well-maintained spaces shown online. Instead, the accommodation was completely rundown, with rusted materials and non-functional amenities such as the refrigerator and air conditioning. Firstly, the state of the room was concerning. The walls and fixtures had rust, and the paint was peeling in various parts of the bathroom door and other areas, which was documented on video and camera. This condition raised questions about the overall cleanliness and safety of the environment. Additionally, the refrigerator in the room was not functioning correctly. As someone who needs to store food and beverages during my stay, this was a considerable inconvenience. Despite attempts to adjust the settings, the refrigerator remained unusable. Secondly, In addition, the water was shut off on 4/13 from 1pm-6pm for guest and it also took 4-5 hours daily for clean towels. Truly Not The Best!
