Loved it!

Great quiet place. Not much activities except the ocean. Very clean but is an old building.

Beautiful rooms, and great spot for poolside relaxing, but also close enough to walk onto the beach for walks. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Taste/Quality and price of food. We ordered out and for 10 Omani Riyal we all ate, exceptional food, and had food left over for later. Hotel was charging us 10 omani riyal each, 5 for our 8 years old (£50) for just one meal and taste and quality was not equal to outside restaurant food. Taxi _ being ripped off, taxi driver arguing when challenges, stating your staying in 5 star hotel, paying 100 Omani Riyal (we were not) we can charge, if dont like it, go stay in 20 ORiyal a night in town etc _ Stopping our outside taxi picking us up, having walk in the heat with baby and daughter to get taxi, not being able to go see Salalah due to ridiculous taxi prices, Even when got hotel taxi, window did not go down, no AC, car not up to standard etc When we 1st arrived, having to wait over 3 hours for our room, no one coming over to offer or see how we doing etc Baby had to sleep on the sofa, We had to approach reception at 315, when check in was at 3, to enquire about our room No indoor pool/privacy

Reception desk and people very helpful.

Amazing service and even greater hospitality especially from Ahmed the front desk manager who made checking in seamless and was always there to help with taxis

The resort is nice and close to the attractions. Rooms are spacious and interestingly they have a room fully equipped for people with disability. There is a play room for the kids in the lobby. Breakfast buffet is good as well the big nice swimming pool with sliding for the kids. The area is nice for walking. People are soo friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend it.

The attitudes of staffs are kind and make me comfortable. It is required to clear the plumber to enable to feel fresh of the resort.

Staffs are excellent

Decent hotel, but it needs updating. Beds are quite uncomfortable. Bathroom is old (need a stepladder to get into the tub). Breakfast was mediocre. Dinner was pretty good but way overpriced.

Only disappointed is that beach adequate but not user friendly

Staff were incredibly helpful in facilitating PCR testing and collecting results. Very helpful and understanding.

The place is not maintained properly. No service no bars. I have to drive all the way to crown plaza resort to get a drink and some good food

As Resort it was clean and comfort and my family enjoy the stay and the resort. Two concern : the receptionist did not give me full detail of what I can get or how to get the in the facility, I have to ask for everything. 2nd: as 5 star resort the breakfast was normal with less choice and same plate every day.

Really Really Really bad. Came at around 2:30 received the room at approximately 3:30. Was given a wrong room and had to move again. Next day i was told to leave at 12:00 pm becuase they were fully booked which was not true because the new law in Oman is they are only allowed to book 75% of the hotel due to covid-19. I told them my flight is at 11:00 pm at least give me till 3:30 because i received the room late and you gave me a wrong room. The reply was sorry sir this is our policy and were fully booked. WHAT A SERVICE?

Many thanks for you the good services overall. I but I did not see pid parking, otherwise I will park, I have asked them for the parking which in front of reception, but they said it is for some special guest. And down parking there is a high risk for car damage because of parachute iron. Overall I am happy to stay in Hilton Salalah Resort.

As a Hilton hotel the quality of breakfast was terrible. Old burned bred served with some vegetables and not much more. Very bad for the Hilton reputation.
