Clean, good warm water for shower. Restaurant onsite. Single room is a little bit small.

Great location, walking distance to Malecón & iguana park. comfortable king bed. Lovely staff… the hotel itself is dated. With carpets and musty smell in room.

When arrived I turn around and left without giving check in. The front of the hotel was man’s drinking And loud almost at 11 pm the I arrived call the hotel and let them know the I didn’t feel safe checking in and they told me the unfortunately they can not refund. I told them the my safety are more important and left. This is not a safe area. Lots of homeless sleeping stone the area.

I have been staying at this hotel for years. It is In the middle of the city center so it’s easy to walk everywhere. The hotel is clean and safe. Rooms are comfortable. Staff is AMAZING! I love all staff but Christian in reception is the best! The breakfast buffet is excellent. I’ve been staying here for 10 years and wouldn’t change.

Very nice hotel in central Guayaquil.

No problems checking in after our late arrival. Hotel was able to arrange a last minute late airport pickup which made life easier. Great communication between hotel and us. Attentive and friendly staff

Everything was super clean. Staff were polite any questions or concerns I had they would resolve it immediately.

I liked the place, the staff was friendly the room was cleaned the only thing i can say is when i arrived to the hotel i had to bring my own luggage upstairs with me the bell guy did not bring it up to the room.

Love the cleanness, quiet, good service, if i have to mention one thing is that my luggage was not brought up by a bell boy i my self took them with me. Full service not so much.
