Beautiful hotel

Los empleados fueron excepcionales. Las instalaciones necesitan mejora, los cuartos con mal olor y manchas de humedad. El aire no funcionaba correctamente.

My stay at Oro Verde Guayaquil was excellent. I felt very comfortable throughout my visit, and the service was truly outstanding—every staff member was attentive and welcoming. The hotel is well‑maintained, the atmosphere is warm, and everything worked smoothly from check‑in to check‑out. I would definitely return.

Had a great experience. All of the front desk staff were friendly and very helpful. Xavier who works on the 8th floor as a concierge was extremely helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

The shuttle was empty so they paid a taxi to take me to the airport no charge..

We stayed the night before heading out of Ecuador and the staff went above and beyond for us. Scheduled the shuttled and were on time and made sure any of our concerns were answered.
