The room was spotless although the Ole Sereni is showing signs of being a little tired and could do with a bit of a revamp. Staff were excellent and as before we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful room overlooking the Kenya National Park. Everything was clean. I love seeing all the African themed art, absolutely beautiful. The food was SO good. Every single employee was outstanding, kind and helpful. We ended up having to extend our stay due to a canceled flight back to the US, but honestly I love being here. The pool is wonderful, the grounds are beautifully landscaped. We recommend staying here.

My stay was fabulous. The staff was all friendly, especially the Chefs and all his crew. Food was delicious and felt home.

The staff , they were all excellent especially the security and the other gentleman at the door on arrival . Nothing was an issue and made our stay awesome 🙏

The club room was okay, thought the view of the park would be better since we paid more specifically for that. Was pretty disappointed that the buffet dinner was average and they charged $45 USD per person without telling us the cost beforehand. They also did not mention that there was an option for a la carte which would've cost about $15 USD per plate.

The hotel was amazing. The staff were all lovely and the steak house had incredible food. They also made our room super special for our honeymoon with a great view of the nation park. Great place to stay.

This was exactly what I needed to relax and refresh after my safari. The restaurants were great (try the Hawaiian pizza), the spa is beautiful and Fatima gave me the BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE! The entire hotel is very clean and staffed with very nice and welcoming people. The gift shop has many nice local items. The view of the park from my balcony couldn't be beat.
