For a Ritz Carlton, I have no idea how they remain with this brand. The cost matches the brand but the service is simply not what you expect from this brand. Hotel is very nice and close to Redhook. Unfortunately for the travelers there’s not too many higher end hotels in ST Thomas so they get the business and don’t see the need to improve service. I have stayed at this hotel between 5 to 8 trips over the years. Always underwhelming…a real shame.

The only complaint is the shower pressure wasn’t great. The staff and overall experience was incredible!! This is a must place to stay

Amazing property

Extremely friendly staff. Food was not the greatest. We had a car rental and were able to go off properly to a few restaurants that were excellent.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ritz Carlton. The views, food, staff, location and hospitality was top notch. I would highly recommend if considering staying here.

Really expensive, nothing to do in premises, Very expensive for what you get Restaurant food average, Service in some areas really rude No transportation to airport or downtown Transportation very expensive Use taxi, private transportation $299.99 one way from airport to hotel

Besides the people nexts door from us was watching us thru the side of the hole in the wall everything was ok the food was very overpriced breakfast for 2 ppl shouldn’t be $100 a day, the people are very different some of the staff don’t talk to you like the ppl that stay on the resort as well just nice but not a friendly place to stay but the staff and everything was ok . Don’t know if I would book again

This place was phenomenal! The service was next level and the property was impeccable! I can’t wait to come back in December!

Horrible hotel. No one ever comes to pick you up at your room, showers don’t work terrible water pressure, air condition don’t work. Charge high prices should give you better stay and management at hotel is terrible and unprofessional

It would be nice if they offered snack options The coffee Cfe closed early 4pm and no other options after that unless going to a restaurant.
