A very relaxing Resort. Facilities were excellent.

A mixed bag. Set on an amazing beach, lovely new gym, nice upstairs bar. Reception area OK and room decent. Buffet restaurant was very not very good, wide choice but much of it very uninspiring. Pool area very tired and gold course fallen into disrepair. Seems to cater more for cheap package holidays from Eastern Europe mainly.

Safe quiet hospitality was on point, very clean

Location good, property excellent. We are vegetarians and found that Options are almost nonexistent. Need to definitely improve in this area.

One of the best beach resorts that I ever stayed at. Clean, well maintained and has awesome amenities and dining options.

Check-in was not great. Seems their system's integration with Hotels.com is faulty, and so they did not see we had booked 2 King rooms with beach access (i.e. ground floor facing the ocean). In the end, we had to settle moving to a 1 king room and 1 twin room, since 2 Kings with beach access weren't available. Beyond that though, our stay was pleasant. The hotel and rooms are quite dated (90s look) but the grounds and facilities are fantastic - 3 different pools, golf driving range, a dive center, children's playground, table tennis, two restaurants, a pub, and not to mention a deserted white sand beach on the Indian Ocean lined with an unlimited number of lounge chairs and barasti umbrellas. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Outside the hotel, it is surrounded by coconut, papaya and banana farms that creates a canopy and landscape that looks like Sri Lanka.

I had an Amazing stay at Crownie plaza Salalah!!! Partially because of the gorgeous weather but mostly because of the staff at that hotel. It was my second visit( and I strongly believe there will be many more:) and, when I though it could not get any better, it actually did!! I got the Royal treatment with a beautiful room, comfy bed and even more comfortable pillows, tons of hugs, smiles, kind words from the hotel Team, delicious fruit and pastry platers, and fountains of water and Earl Grey tea ( right, Muhasin:)Everyone went above and beyond to accommodate my every single need. Special thanks to my fav staff members - Mae and Darshana from reception desk, very knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, kind and helpful; I also would like to mention Muhasin, with his happy and funny personality, who made sure I stayed hydrated :)) during my stay there, and the amazing chef who made sure the food was absolutely delicious every single day. Additionally, I’d like to thank all the restaurant as well as housekeeping staff, Elvira, Shasinle, Sabir, Rana in particular ( I am sorry i cannot recall all the names) who work extremely hard to please everyone. I’m not sure if there’s another place with such impecable service like here in Crowne Plaza Salalah!❣️They all deserve five stars and a significant raise:)) It is truly my home away from home! And I cannot wait to visit Crowne Plaza Salalah next year. Thank you so very much, guys! You really made my stay very special ❤️

The hotel offers free airport transfer which is very rare these days. I arrived early in the morning and they allowed me to check in. Room and facility conditions are very good. Highly recommend.
