The staff was okay, so unfortunately, this has nothing to do with them, but I did see a roach on my last day there.

Small apartment like housing.. but very spacious inside.. I love the interior decorations.. very modern.. not a fan of the safety deposit box.. it needs updating.. I love the key pad lock on the outside I thought that was so cool.. there’s no dining options on the property which sucks and and it’s a good 15-20 min walk to main road for some dining options if you don’t have a car.. but very remote and quiet and I felt safe coming and out all hours of the day or night

Had a wonderful stay with my wife at the Palms. It was very cozy, safe, well-maintained and made me feel right at home. The staff was very friendly and provided exceptional service. We did have a minor issue with the AC leaking water. In addition, there could have been more amenities in the room i.e. shampoo. Overall though, really enjoyed our stay there and we would definitely run it back again!

not enough parking when the hotel is partially full, that is my only issue. but i simply love it here

Everything was just awesome there I really enjoyed the heated pool that was available to us 24hrs

Very nice layout, has a balcony. Room was very clean and has all amenities if you want to cook. Negative, staff was ok not as friendly. They want too much for breakfast kit (ground coffee). We would stay there again.

Nice but should rent a car , and sleeping area needs a television, and living room needs air conditioning other then that good place to stay.

Enjoyed my stay at the resort. Very spacious, comfortable and convenient. Beautiful location. The wifi was not the best, it dropped in and out not allowing for smooth streaming etc. When the rain fell the roof in the bathroom dripped with water.

The suite was well maintained. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and very responsive. Thank you Palms Resort for helping me to have a memorable first trip to Barbados.

The management has to do a better job to take care of customers. Not worth the property doing better going to a hotel They do no really care Dont go there

We had a great stay! The property was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were professional and friendly. My children especially loved the pool. Our room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was the ventilation in the bathroom, which could use some improvement. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here.

2nd stay here. Rooms spacious and clean. Relaxed feel to the whole complex. Tucked away in a quiet position but easy access to beach and transport

Nice pool, comfortable rooms and beds. Two issues was having a leak from the ceiling coming from ac.. which was resolved. And the other was during our stay I felt like the room was never cleaned as in sweeping and mopping. The beds were made but the floors were dusty and dirty.

Such a good value stay! Lovely little property that feels like home. A 15-20 minute walk from the beaches.
