Friendly and efficient staff. Very helpful at receipt when we had issues with our boarding passes.

Although the use of the fitness center and spa was included in the hotel service, we were asked to pay separately for those services at a price of 50% of the room price. In the end we still had to pay a small part. It greatly spoiled the impression of staying in the hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located for exploring Skopje. Although it's a bit small, the rooms were clean, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast spread was excellent. If you're looking to explore Skopje at a very reasonable rate, this is it.

The staff was great. The staff was super helpful. Gave us great local advice and helped out with our Covid-19 test. We got up and 4 am.....and the only strange thing was it was at that moment we realized there was only one set of towels. Other than that small hiccup it was a great stay

One of my better hotels I like to stay at when in Skopje. Staff is wonderful organized my trip for the Summer Solstice and ride to the airport. Staff always accommodating and they have a wonder selection for breakfast!

The rooms are small. It was previously one of the better hotels in the area. After some days i moved to Marriott and i have to say the vibe, the atmosphere, service and the feeling was very very different. All depends on your preference.

This hotel is very nice, very clean, very professional with a great location in proximity to the city square (which is fabulous!) It's not fair for us to criticize the hotel because we're the rare few that take advantage of the fitness room. They have a treadmill, a couple of stationary bikes and a weird contraption for resistance training. It's about the size of a hotel room. - IF you're someone that doesn't need a gym, then this is a great place to stay.

If you get a room with a balcony it will be overlooking a construction site and they work 7 days. Just beginning, so will be like that for a while. If you had the curtains open they could see you. I did mention this and was offered a 4th floor room, I was on the 3rd. Not much difference. I was not offered 5th floor. The front rooms overlook another building. The rooms are well decorated, but are small. No kettle or tea or coffee making facilities. Amenities and water are not replaced for your stay. Breakfast was OK. Great location near the main square. Depends on what is important for you. They just seemed stingy.

Great hotel for cost and closeness to center of town. Loved the pillows!!! Room and internet and TV selection was great every time I stay (2-3 times a year) there are additional benefits and improvements, breakfast -made to order omelets and more! Thanks Solun Staff the ladies are great!
