Very laid back and chilled environment

Air conditioning didn’t work in room. Requested 3 times for it to be fixed.

The property overall was very good. Some chippy paint and landscaping that could use more attention, but overall it is very nice.

Room was old and unkept. Bathroom was filthy and the toilet leaked as well as the stand up shower! Carpet was old and moldy smelling! Now the staff and food were excellent! The service was great and the food was authentic with Caribbean flavors! Pool closed at 6 and only one bar after 6 open in the lobby and depending on where your room is can be a very far walk!

So lovely Just noisy hallways late at night and early morning.

The staff was awesome! I didn’t get not one person with an attitude everyone was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I will be returning to this resort!

Stinky smell in room…pools closed too early…some of the staff wasn’t that helpful or friendly. There wasn’t much too do around resort.

Great resort

This was a nice property the non luxery side was actually more grand ad kept up better. The food was bland not much spice or flavor. Even though we stayed on the Luxury adults only side to avoid the noise and kids that didn't help. Kids were in the hallways not sure if they overbooked or what happened. Don't request a poolside or oceanside room unless you want the party noise in your room all day. The pool is fun but you can never get away from the noise for quiet. The resort in Mexico was much better.

The resort was everything and more

The property was spotless and very nice. The staff worked hard and most were very pleasant. The required restaurant reservations were hard to schedule and many days the restaurants were not open. The food at all the buffets and restaurants was mediocre. We did not get the upper floor room we requested even though the resort had many upper floor rooms available.

The hotel and property is beautiful. Guest had plenty of dining options to choose from. Food and staff was friendly and amazing. Guest had different activities within the hotel and outside as well. Definitely would come again.

The place was very beautiful, very clean, room service every day. Just the staff could be more friendly and accommodating. Some of them seem to be unhappy and helping with big attitude. We were traveling with a group of 10 and it was always a big issue to sit together, meaning make table for 10-((((( even though there were a lot of tables not occupied. I wanted to thank Adrian who worked there helped us so much with everything, especially transportation!!!! He was amazing!!!!

I enjoyed the stay overall. Quite an extensive buffet dinner menu but flavors and texture of Jamaican entrees could use some improvement.

The face of the property is beautiful, however, the furniture, and bathrooms need a serious update. I was injured at the property by a faulty bathroom door. The glass shattered, cutting me on numerous areas of my body. They sent up a rude housekeeper who did nothing but sweep up some of the glass and then ask me if there's any other visible glass I see? Are you kidding me? The glass was everywhere and when I told her, she went on about missing her ride to go home. The following day, I went to the front desk and they offered me a $75 gift certificate to their gift shop 😔. I declined and inquired about the spa package as it was Mothers day. He claimed to have set the appointment up, but when we arrived, the Spa informed me that there was no reservation and we had to leave. How embarrassing 😳. Some of the male staff and front desk ladies are all very welcoming,. Aside from them, the rest of the staff (cleaning, bar in Grand lobby,) need training on professionalism. My stay there was uncomfortable, and felt like I wasn't welcomed. My family and I agree to never visit this property again, and will be posting on all social media platforms for all not to stay either. If you're looking for esthetics only, then by all means, good luck.
