Need some serious improvement

We like everything except the bedsheets and towels were not as white as it should be, they have lots of brown spots. Staff were pleasant and polite. Food was very good!

The best hotel in CONKRY for international travelers

The management and the staff of this hotel are excellent. They treat you very well. The hotel is immaculately clean. The Wi-Fi works well if there’s only one area they should change as they have no English-speaking TV channels. Other than that, the food is good and safe to eat.

Very safe, convenient and has great dining. Staff is very patient and always ready to help.

It’s hard to run a good hotel in Conakry for a lot of reasons outside of the hotels control, but this hotel makes a good effort. The pool, rooms and venue are clean and the food is very nice and well presented. It is a popular place for weddings and parties do I would recommend asking if there are any events planned before you book because those can be very noisy. Unlike most of Conakry currently they have electricity going 24/7 which was a main reasons we booked with them.

Our Children and us really like this Hotel , we have been in many Hotels in Guinea but this is the only one where you get peace and quiet, you can be focused, the food is good especially the peperoni pizza , calamari and the potato gratin and chocolate fondant cake, Management does a good job and overall I recommend this place as supposed to others in Guinea.

Hot water wasn’t working in my room. Breakfast very basic.

Overall it was a great experience. The staff were outstanding. The breakfast was fantastic. The only negative area I have is the bathroom. Only one towel. No towels to dry hands. No wash towels. The shower floor was not very clean. The outstanding service made the stay pleasant.

Great hotel and clean. The pool is small but well-maintained. The staff seemed a bit distracted when I came in. It took a while to get the help I needed. But great experience overall. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

Nice little oasis in Conakry. The front desk staff is extremely helpful and kind.

Good food, kind and friendly staff. They were always willing to make us feel welcome and confortable.

I left the hotel with insect bites on my feet. I asked to be moved rooms after night one. Not sure if thr bjtes were feom the bedding?

The hotel did not have a room upon arrival. An upgrade to a suite was offered but it was in need of housekeeping service. But housekeeping was no longer on duty. The suite offered also smelled of sewer gas and needed cleaning. It appeared to have been occupied by local workers.
