Friendly, helpful staff who help with query we had with regard to reaching the Cheetah Conservation Fund. Food was lovely and reasonable. Unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use other facilities ie swimming pool. We were accommodated to change room from outer edges to centre of buildings. Would stay again

Was very friendly, clean and helpfull. Comfortable bedding too. Nice, secure and quite.

The pictures show thatched roof buildings, but we were placed in concrete structures with no charm despite the hotel not being remotely full. The real horror show was the restaurant. Service took over 1 hour to deliver food and al food came with missing components - no bacon on the bacon cheese burger, meat loaf instead of a burger, and schnitzel that was not thined basically a pork chop in batter

This hotel was very convenient for a transit through Namibia and the staff was very nice indeed. The rooms are large and clean and well equipped. I liked the fridge in the room which had some water bottles for guests in it. Unfortunately the traffic noise from the transit route was very loud at night and kept me up. It was too cold to make use of the beautiful pool but it looked very well maintained and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast (served in an associated restaurant nearby) was decidedly lacklustre and the coffee pretty awful. So, all in all, this Hotel is ok for a stop over as long as you a very sound sleeper.

Good location, but rooms filled with mosquitos, very noisy and air con didn’t work. Pool is a lot smaller than pictures show

Very happy with my stay at C'est Si Bon Hotel. It is by far the most convenient and cost effective in the area. The rooms are basic but functional and met all my needs for work travel. All rooms have a fridge and aircon, which is a necessity as it can get quite hot in Otjiwarongo. Beds are comfy but pillows maybe a bit too big and hard for my liking. Dinner’s were well priced and tasty and service of the waiters is good. I can’t comment on the hot breakfasts as I only ate fruit and yogurt. There is a lovely pool which I am sure if you are on holiday will be great to lounge at. Overall, a lovely place to stay and I will be back again.

Amazing and friendly hosting/ Well located

Great establishment, super friendly staff, everything very neat and tidy. However if you wish to sleep a little later than sunrise, request a room far away from the aviary- the parrots are very loud and a bit disturbing. My bed and pillows were very hard and so the sleep was not pleasant

Friendly staff. comfortable beds. Good air-conditioning in the room. Parking seems secure Hot water in the sink but no hot water for our shower.

Lovely accommodation, pretty gardens & pool area

I cannot fault the service, the accommodation, the staff and the facilities. Johnson on reception is a joy to deal with. Located on the 3rd floor the downside are businesses on the 2nd floor. The sports bar is not obtrusive but the gym which opens at some ungodly hour insists on playing very loud beat music at 5am! If you want a 5am alarm call or are a heavy sleeper this is your goto venue. I do hope the management resolve this as it really is a reasonably priced and very good place to stay.

Great place to stop and stay on the way to Etosha. Extra days here would have been nice if we had the time. The grounds are well maintained, the staff is efficient and they serve a wonderful breakfast. The only hiccup was a shower drain not working, but it was resolved. Great place.

It is a good hotel. The beds are confortable, the rooms are big. It is convenient for 1 or 2 nights

The ground is really nice, the buildings are stylish but the rooms were a bit below my expectations. The sliding door was hard to open and close, the bathroom was quite poor quality. We stayed in a family room, where the sheets and pillows were dusty on the beds which were probably less often used.

we did not expect to pay little having paired a lot more in our vacation quality price is very good good rooms,good price ,nice people serving that was the good end to a fantastic one month vacation in namibia
