The hotel was great with picking me up and taking me to the airport. Changing my room when the AC didn't work. Changing my room when I needed a shower, not a tub. Struggle to check in due to a mix up with the Hotels.com virtual credit card code. The ladies (Gabriella was trying to be very helpful) at the desk could not get it to be accepted. Took a while. The thing that stands out the most to me is your restaurant. On my last night 3 of us had dinner and, I can't state this enough, we were the ONLY table in the entire restaurant. The kitchen had only to make 3 meals at the same time. That did NOT happen. First one meal, then a while later another meal and then the final meal. We were the ONLY table in the entire restaurant. I had to send my food back as it was cold. The waitress never came back again and I had to get up and walk to the kitchen to ask for the check. The service at your restaurant was shockingly bad.

I loved the kindness of staff, they treated me and my son well! If I had a concern they were efficient in dealing with it! And the breakfast and Zara restaurants on site was delicious!

This is a great hotel with excellent service. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Gym and pool are both great. Location is pretty central. Internet is fast and dependable. I have stayed here multiple times and will likely stay here again.

The staff were impolite. I am a frequent traveler, and this is the first hotel I've stayed at where I couldn't get an extra key. I was being charged 50% extra just because I wanted a change from a two single-bed room to one double bed. Most places offer this as a courtesy to their guests, depending on availability, of course. Just a terrible experience overall!!!!

This Best Western Premier is a solid choice if needing to be in the Airport or East Legon area. Transport is easy and you avoid most of the crazy traffic. Hotel is always super clean and restaurant is great with a very accommodating chef- he came out to personally clarify my order- five stars! 🌟

Very welcoming staff. My room was cool and quiet. Found many things didn’t work - safe, shower, hair dryer. Staff was responsive in trying to address these. Nice gym.

Breakfast was not that great, the food was often cold. The fruit juices tasted like they were watered down… The WiFi areas were not as good as I would have expected..
