Lovely hot, staff was very accommodating, food was really good. Had a seafood buffet one night (I’m vegan but there was plenty for me to eat). Sat outside and had a lovely evening. Happy hour deals are decent and pool was nice, but a bit crowded at sunset. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Breakfast buffet was great. Would stay again.

Went with 12 friends for a weekend stay. Superb hotel and staff! Excellent rooms and views. Service for housekeeping is not the greatest, most of the time had to make 2-3 calls and then things ordered would show up. Breakfast selection is also not the greatest and some dishes were not available towards the end of the b'fast time. But overall a great property and probably the best one to stay at in Musandam.

We had short but pleasant stay, the view and room were exceed our expectations. Food was well prepared and personell very frendly.

Great location. Lovely ambience. Clean. Spacious rooms, beautiful views, courteous staff but timeliness of service is avg. but would certainly recommend this place to stay. Amenities for Khasab town are top notch.

Everything was just average (room, view from the room, property as a whole, restaurant) but at the same time highly overpriced.

The staff was kind, the food was delicious and the rooms were nice. Breakfast was included but lunch and dinner were separate. Dinner buffet is good but pricey

price and quality unbeatable

The staff seemed constantly overwhelmed. Dont expect to get picked up from or dropped at the airport on time. The room had no hot water and was far from clean. I realize it is one of two hotels in town (owned by the same provider) but I'd avoid staying here again.

The property aesthetic is beautiful. Wooden pathways, rope and what looks like bamboo walls and roofs. Lots of greenery around the cobblestone like pathways. Rooms were beautiful and clean overall, check-in was flawless and polite. Pool and pool area is small, but pleasant to sit at. The dining options are extremely limited to one restaurant on site and that’s even more limited to buffet only for dinner and a La carte for lunch - Prices for the dinner buffet were outrageous for what it was.

Great for families with kids. Rooms are large and beds very comfortably. It almost never rains there, but when it does the halls are flooded because the roof above them are not waterproof. The restaurant is OK. Not huge choice but one should find something to his or her taste. Mix of western, Indian and middle eastern cousin. Very friendly service. Overall very satisfied.

Excellent experience and great place to get away from busy city. Resturant was great with tasty food and staff were excellent. Would have been even better if a late checkout was accommodated.

We were there for two nights on a busy holiday weekend So the staff was busy, run out of towels , and the pool and the breakfast buffet, were always crowded The internet was slow in our room, so we had to make some video calls from the Lobby... All said...we paid to much for the services avialable. On the other hand, rooms were clean and spacious and the location allowed to walk to the supwemarket , and a Castle Museum

We booked bb & wee planning to eat for dinner at the hotel after checking online that they have 2 restaurants. When going to the main restaurant the waiter informed us, that we can't order a la carte & must go for the buffet option. It turned out that this was not right as we saw others ordering from the menu. This was unacceptable. We complained to the restaurant manager. He said we could order from the menu, but it would take longer. It was too late as already started eating from the buffet. In addition it took ages to get us a baby cot, even though we asked for one over a message, a call & upon check in.
