The Iririki hotel is a jewel in the ocean. People, welcome you with an authentic smile. Food is the best of the south pacific Islands. Show is the most spectacular fire dancing you could ever see.

A slightly disappointing experience. We booked the Deluxe Ocean View Room and the room and amenities were tired. There were no day beds around the adult pools and when asked, we were told they were not available.

The service in the bars was slow and poor

Can't put into words the amazing service provide by their staff. My family and I had the best time at the Iririki Island Resort.

fantastic location for large group getaway - Port Vila still in state of disrepair which limited the options to eat/shop off island but the island itself is in fantastic location

Disapointed didnt get my room i booked confirmed a month prior most activities &facilities other side of islandfacilities not, staff not accomodating, staff yelling 7am talking, wasnt relaxing & had earth tremor wild westher, condition of rioms wee run down

Very convenient location, a lot to do if you like or very relaxing if you choose. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The resort island was amazing with great inclusions, staff were lovely and beyond accomodating. The mainland prices fluxuated to Aus prices and above, if you're not a local.

The staff at Iririki Island were genuinely lovely and helpful. We stayed in an overwater bungalow, which looked beautiful but faced the city, this meant it was quite noisy at times with boat traffic and sounds from Port Vila. Snorkel Cove was a highlight of our stay, with clear water and great marine life.

Nice resort with nice facilities. The fire show is a must see. Bring your midnight snacks, none available on the island, You can order pizza at the bar when open and take it back to your room.

Great location, amazing service. Some areas are in need of maintenance and upgrades but overall highly recommended place.

The people are lovely and do their best effort to make the stay memorable. The resort could do with abit of an update considering the price for a stay. But factor in they a bouncing back from a devastating earthquake. Overall a pleasant experience

Great place for an island holiday only a few hours from Australia. The over water bungalow was great, and the staff were amazing.

Very nice resort on its own small island. Free boat across to the town, takes about 2-3 minutes. Food at breakfast was good - with enough variety to please pretty much everyone. Only complaint would be food options for lunch and dinner are rather limited and not cheap.

This place is overpriced, average food and the room were not worth the $2000 we paid for them. My sister fell through the board in the deck with my nephew and hurt herself. The bed was very hard and hard to sleep in The power went out randomly all the time, they run on Solar, which in the heat is not good. Limited menu food which cost you a kidney if you want to eat on the island. The description and photos are very misleading of the island

This property looks like an island paradise in the photos far from true, its rundown, and unsafe. The first day we got here, my daughter picked up my grandson took one step and went through the deck. She ended up with bruising and puncture to her leg, grandson ( 8mths) bang his elbow. Still debating to talk to our lawyer about this. It’s over priced, the way to sign for charges is out of date so others ended charging to our room. Staff took towels from our room that belong to us and we never got them back, asked many times it just become to hard in the end they kept bringing us resort towels. The beds are so hard, will need to see a chiropractor to fix our backs when we get home. Everyone one of us got sick, we think from the chicken wings we ate ( common denominator) some had gastro, as we heard 4 other families on island also did. We had to extend our stay by 1 night, was so sick couldn’t make the flight, instead of charging us the nightly rate they charged previously a new rate which was nearly $600 for the night. The staff were great and helped when possible. We will not be back and will not be recommending to anyone else

Our stay was everything we hoped and more. The staff were beyond amazing and helpful. The only down side was the wharf situation. The rest of our stay was so perfect, we will be back again!

Our stay at Iririki Resort was unfortunately underwhelming. While the staff were genuinely friendly, the experience as a whole fell far short of expectations. The resort advertises itself as a four-star property, but in reality, it does not live up to this claim. A major issue was false advertising. Services and amenities advertised as available often weren’t. For instance, the resort claims to have several dining options, but many restaurants were closed or operated inconsistently. The “cultural dining experience” we paid $150 for was a subpar buffet, and food at the pool bar was average pub fare with unjustifiably high prices (e.g., $12 for a bowl of chips). Families we spoke with resorted to eating noodles in their rooms due to the exorbitant costs. Accessibility was another challenge. Earthquake damage in Port Vila meant the Main Street was closed, and the resort’s ferry landing site changed, the new location is steep, unsafe and difficult to access and not 24hrs. Despite the well-kept gardens, much of the resort’s infrastructure was tired and in disrepair. Sun loungers were often broken, pool lights were hanging off with exposed wires, and beach towels were completely worn out. These details, along with misleading advertisements, created a sense of being overcharged for an experience that consistently underdelivered. Iririki Resort has potential, but without significant improvements to facilities, pricing, and transparency it fails to justify the cost.
