Place is awful, Ratchet, old, beach was dirty don't go here.

Infested with insects.

Unfortunately the pool was nasty and client could not use them. The places need more maintenance. The room needed more up today decorations. this is my 2nd time going. No improvement.

rooms need work and need paint. need more towels.

Was not good the bathroom water was not working for 2 days

I had money stolen from my room I am very dissatisfied with the stay. I hope the hotel can see this and contact me to arrange something but please avoid this hotel at all cost. The staff is nice and attentive other than that you just run the risk of getting robbed. Don't recommend Dominican Republic as a whole.

Horrible

Peor experiencia!! Terminé cancelando y yendo a otro hotel. El staff fue muy amable y responsivo en todo momento. La comida (aunque limitada) muy buen sabor. Nos cambiaron 2 veces de habitación y querian hacerlo una tercera vez pero decidí irme. Puertas dañadas que no cerraban, hongo en la cama de la 2da habitación, todo se escuchaba, sin agua caliente para ducharse y un largo etc. Tienen que darle un update urgentemente a la habitaciones. Olor a humedad terrible. La realidad es que NO lo recomiendo nisiquiera por el costo.

Towels are smelly,bedsheets very bad condition,food are poor quality, the staff are really good friendly and helpful.

Customers services is very bad. When i check in they assign me the much uglier and dirty areas. When i complained they moved to other area. They gave me instructions in France. Don't have enough personal. You have to make long lines for everything. Foods are terrible. My kid was vomiting and i get out from there with diarrhea. Iif i going to define this place with one word is a "nightmare "

caia agua permanentemente del bano de arriba espero que no fueran aguas cloacales . no tenia ningun lugar donde poner la ropa ni muchas perchas donde colgarla . mi valija estuvo todo el tiempo en el piso porque no teniamos donde ponerla la gente muy amable la recepcion muy amable pero no nos cambiaron el colchon que tenia un pozo del lado de mi marido por lo que se levanto con dolores de espalda y terminamos llendo a un fisioterapeuta en la capital. la playa deliciosa, muchisimo plato de tergopol que sabemos que no se recicla y en el restaurante no habia casi cubiertos habia que pedirlos se quedaron sin gas por lo que no hubo cocacolas o bebidas gaseosas y no habia servilletas en ningun lado Por cierto fue mi cumpleanos y no me ofrecieron ni una velita ni pastel

Smh I was in room 8422 (which wasn’t th room that I paid for )and while I was sleeping, a leak came from the ceiling on my face smh . I couldn’t use a rag to clean my face because they said and I quote “WE DONT PROVIDE WASH CLOTHS” , but when I went to the new room there were wash cloths I will say the front desk got me a new room really quickly smh ( but it was the room that I originally paid for which I should have been in from the beginning smh)I hate to even leave a bad review but they need to step there game up !!!! I’m just being honest this was the worst experience I ever had an it was my girlfriends birthday and she was very disappointed as well . I’m sorry once again but I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy

In general it wasn’t too bad, but the quality of food wasn’t great and the cleaner kept entering in our room while we were sleeping

The room was clean, service was good, the food was ok, although very little variety, including beverages… for example, no “diet” sodas, which is not a big issue but indicates the type of hotel service level; no recognized brands in the liquors offered neither. The part that is not nice and is not the responsibility of the hotel is their surroundings… dirty, run down, drunk/drugged people early in the day; an ok stay inside the hotel

Nada sirve nada funciona.nada de comer y lo que hay cuando se acaba ya no sirven más solo dicen se acabó todo en general todo es malo y de las habitaciones de eso ni hablar
