I booked 3 separate rooms for my clients and was contacted from them advising hotel was not excepting their "prepaid" hotel vouchers! I had to have my wholesaler contact hotel directly and advise payment was already made!!! One client had to show proof on his credit card statement. Unacceptable practice trying to make my clients pay for accommodations already PAID for!

We had booked an apartment with seaside view but instead we were given a small bungalow up on the hill. The manager initially refused to see our booking and correct the mistake but later on verified that there had been a mistake and that they could not do anything about it. We were offered a free dinner however following the consumption of the dinner we had to pay for it. All in all fraudulent marketing, poor service and not what can be expected from this type of hotel.

Should have listened to the previous reviews. First, the advertising is extremely misleading. While you get an impression that you are getting a modern room, what you really get for 120 euros/night is a mediocre condition bungalow, which can best be described as a 4 bed hostel dormitory with a tiny bathroom where the shower is top of the toilet without a curtain. It is clean, but condition is dated, the sea view is through a small window and the promised private terrace is common to all bungalows and accessible only around the building. The rooms depicted in the pictures are available for an additional 70 euros or so, which is, if not a scam, very misleading. Second, the service is unfriendly and does only the bare minimum. The feeling is never relaxed as the staff feels all the time observing you and annoyed by any requests/complaints. The location is admittedly great as is the private beach, but the quality of the accommodation and service spoils the mood. Considering that the reviews concerning the hotel turned out to be true, we decided to skip trying their expensive restaurant to avoid further disappointments. Regardless how they market themselves, there is no luxury here. I can only recommend avoiding this hotel in order not to spoil your holiday.

We paid for an apartment for 6 days, with a terrace. What we were given was a standard room (not an apartment) with a 1.5sq m bathroom including sink, toilet and open shower. The room had no tea making facility as promised and the wifi was not available in the room. There were no cotton top sheet or duvet cover on the bed, only a woolen type throw which at 25 celcius at night, was not going to work We were told that we would have to pay an extra EUR 70 to get the room that we were promised. The evening meal was accompanied by multiple wasps and very stale bread The nearest parking was some 400m away. The staff were particularly unhelpful We left after one night only and found an alternative hotel for the remainder of our stay, hotels.com were most helpful in assisting with transferring the monies across
