The hotel is like an oasis in a busy and noisy city. The restaurant is very accommodating with the breakfast and there is someone on duty at all times in the lobby/reception area which made us feel secure. There is a doorman on duty as well. The hotel is appointed with indigenous art and there is a lovely patio for some fresh air and relaxation.

The design and the concept behind the property is great. Something about it feels like it hasn’t been maintained to the same level as when it started. The equipment in the gym are quite dated and I expected more of the service. Notwithstanding, the service is still good.

Loved the property, a very unique boutique hotel that used to be a factory that shut down about 100 years ago. The new hotel design and decor was very well thought out with attention to details. It’s clean, very comfortable, the room was very large and the staff, each one of them, was extremely cordial and friendly. We actually spent more time in the hotel than we ever would elsewhere, just because the atmosphere and decor are very inviting. Wish we had more time to stay longer. We did end up having dinner at the hotel, the food and service were very good. Breakfast was served and it was delicious and plentiful, one of the better hotel breakfast offerings.

Absolutely a special, beautiful, and most memorable experience at factoria hotel. 5 star. Highly highly highly recommend.

A stunning property! Rooms are beautifully decorated, big, very comfortable and quiet with nice amenities. The neighborhood is safe and walkable with a good choice of eateries nearby. The breakfast is outstanding and delicious. The patio and pool area is very pretty but the outside temperature and mosquitos kept us from spending much time there.

Construction across the street, sewer lines broke in front of the building.

Factoria was fantastic- great area to stay at and bar service until midnight. The room was huge, clean, and nicely decorated- friendly staff. The pool area is so charming during the day and at night. You can have dinner or drinks in the garden. I stayed in 3 hotels while in Paraguay and Factoria was the best! Oh- amazing breakfast too.

Quirky, yet elegant hotel. Very comfortable room and bed. Spacious bathroom. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff were moderately aloof, but I’ve found that is the rule in Paraguay, rather than the exception.

Truly enjoyed my stay here and plan to return. The property was beautiful - my room, the common areas, the pool area. The food at the restaurant was also very good. All of the staff were exceptional, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure my stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend

This hotel was so exceptional that I took time to write this comment, which I usually do not do. I stayed in Factoria for 6 nights. It is the most beautiful hotel I have ever seen, including boutique hotels and top-end establishments. Both interieur and exterior is designed with a lot of taste, each room is different and furnished uniquely; they are very spacious. The restaurant is excellent and esthetically very impressive. The staff and the management was very professional and responsive. I would love to return to Paraguay just to stay in this hotel again.
