Absolutely amazing! We visited this hotel on a trip for the US. The service was exceptional, the breakfast was amazing and the hotel provided gated parking for our vehicle. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anybody visiting Bolivia. We were a group of 6 adults and 4kids that booked 4 rooms at this hotel. Would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Cochabamba.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in while traveling around Bolivia. Clean, spacious, spotless rooms with a comfortable bed and nice big patio off our room overlooking the pool. Breakfast was good each morning and the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice area close to lots of restaurants and very walkable. Highly recommend this hotel.

Heating not working and concierge resisting room change request. Nevertheless, very kind personnel and nice breakfast. Fairly good accommodation for a work trip.

I cannot recommend this charming little hotel highly enough. My room was comfortable and I slept well every night. The location is safe and easily walkable to desirable areas in downtown Cocha. The complementary breakfast was always satisfying. All this for a very reasonable price. What stood out, however, was the service. A few nights into my stay, I awoke feeling very ill. That morning, I was almost too weak to stand. Unsure what was wrong with me, I wanted to see a doctor. But I was in a foreign country where I did not speak the language. I was very concerned I would not get the help I needed. But Michelle, the hotel owner, came to my rescue. Not only did she arrange an appointment with a local clinic, but she spent her entire morning with me, driving me (along with her father) to the clinic and serving as my translator. This attentiveness continued as I recovered over the next few days: Michelle and her staff brought me breakfast in my room, brought be over-the-counter medications as I needed them, and generally checked in on me. Such superlative care goes well beyond what I would expect from a hotel stay, and shows a true decency in Michelle and in the operation which she runs. I am very grateful. When I return to Cocha, I know where I will be staying.

Good little serviced guesthouse. The strongest point of it is its cleanliness and service. The weakest points would the be the ice cold arctic seal swimmery pond(a. K. A. Swimming pool as well as the breakfast.
