Excellent stay with amazing staff. Lovely bay area and restaurants

Very clean, kind staff

Wonderful hotel, staff super friendly and attentive. Stayed here for a week. I’d recommend getting a car to visit nearby kotor, tivat and other sites Montenegro has to offer. If you’re staying at the hotel parking is free. I’d recommend the restaurants around the hotel as well.

I can’t say enough good things about the Chedi. The facilities are impeccable. The room, dining options, location in the Marina Village with walkable shopping and restaurants. The Bay of Kotor is a short car or cab ride away. Or one can take the boat arranged by the hotel. The staff is incredibly kind and are willing to go the extra mile on anything. The dining options in the hotel across the Spot restaurant, the Lobby Bar and the Rola Beach Bar and in room dining are superb. I had the best Vegan option I have ever had in room and the menu at the Spot or Lobby Bar offers sophisticated local or even Asian or other cuisine options. Can’t wait to return

This was a beautiful hotel perfect for a short get away. Not far from Tivat airport Great if you like pottering around with boats and sunbathing.

Large modern rooms with balcony facing the marina. Beautiful hotel. Staff at the front desk very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Nicoletta who took care of all our needs.

Extremely hard to find and get to. If you are able to overcome that- it is very nice. New. Out of the way, so don’t count on shopping or other conveniences being close by.

Beautiful hotel. The service was impeccable. People who work in the hotel are very kind and always go out of trier way to help. The rooms are very specious, new and attention is paid to every detail. Beautiful pool and great restaurants are in the hotel and in the marina that is just a couple of minutes walk on the promenade. Breakfast was great too with many options.

The hotel exceeded expectations - it was located in a great area, had large stylish rooms, a nice pool and excellent restaurants. But the best feature is the staff - they all were very friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

We love location which is on the private bay but have some restaurants & supermarket on site. Room is big & comfortable. Beach is perfect. Most of staff are nice but some staff did not take response fast enough if you request something. Spa area is nice, massage is also good with reasonable price. Ms. Jacqueline, the therapist is really good. I stayed during birthday and got a surprise BD cake in the room, really appreciated.

Spectacular hotel, great rooms, very attentive service, great beach. Even at full occupancy the hotel doesn't feel crowded, which made the stay feel more relaxing.

The hotel is almost brand new with first class infrastructure and the atmosphere in the hotel and the marina overall in fantastic. The staff is still new and not fully trained as expected for top tier hotel brand like The Chedi. Nevertheless, they fixed issues professionally and timely. Breakfast half buffet was yummy and the pool has a nice view. Try to stay in upper floors which give you an almost panoramic view of the area.

It is a luxurious and comfortable resort but the management is very bad and I wish members of the Board to speed change management. We are a family with my daughters and asked for two adjacent chambers a while ago and I was unfortunately in a room in the eastern and daughters in a far-side room in the western . Room floor filled with dust .

We stayed in the hotel for 6 nights. In general, we enjoyed our vacation. The hotel is fresh; new and located in a lovely marina. There are two private beaches with plenty of space. The sea was clean and crystal clear. The nature overall was stunning! The rooms themselves are very fresh and comfortable. The hotel has a cozy SPA. There is a live music in the marina restaurants nearly every evening. The overall area is fantastic! However, there were some disappointed issues: 1. The level of English was low. You have to triple check and verify everything, because waiters appears to be 'forgetful'. Need to be noted though that service in Marina restaurants around the hotel was much better (check Tony’s and bistro). 2. SPA staff did not react properly when the hotel guests did something wrong. E.g. kids are generally not allowed in SPA but when we were there some small kids were in the SPA. Apart from obvious noise and disturbance, one kid has defecated in the pool (we didn’t see anybody cleaning it while we were there). Finally, we’ve always had a feeling that the hotel was trying to take advantage of us. Just a few examples. The hotel charged us additional taxes, although the quote from Hotels.com clearly indicated that they were included. Ordering local taxi to the airport through reception was twice more expensive than ordering it directly. Anyway, if you do not mind be somewhat controlling over the personnel, it still can be a good choice.

enjoyed the 3 nights stay, hotel was at full occupancy but we never waited for anything service was excellent. pool area is small for number of guests but we did not struggle to get a couple of beds, social distancing was good. one negative, the beach seems to be made from rough construction aggregate, very unconformable for walking on, the marina area is well equipped with a good selection of fairly priced restaurants, would definitely return

Gorgeous hotel and bay. Everything you need for 2-3 relaxing days without having to leave. Cleanliness and facilities are great. Staff are very friendly but they fall just short of 5* service. Very friendly but lack following through requests which is a shame as it is the only place the hotel falls short. If you have a request, be sure to keep following up as they will likely forget.
