some Palm trees rounded up the view to the beach, it is very calm there, no cars, recommendation to join the Marigot beach resort in the after season, relax or make some tours around the island, by boot or car. If you not so fit, request a stay at a lower part, otherwise some steps are there for good exercise to reach the room, smile.

I love the privacy it feels like you in you own little house.wish I had spend longer.the wish the ferry didn’t have a cutoff time ,but when you work with front desk and Marvin he always answers his phone I was able to get the ferry at 1am after a wedding which was very convenient thanks to all the staff and the kitchen staff I could have my breakfast to go

Having our own private balcony over looking the bay was incredibly peaceful

Bed bugs, roaches, ants, ill equipped room, exposed live wires, no Wi-Fi, twice absolutely no water in room-no shower or toilets. Phone in room not working, no matches for gas stove, changed rooms and more bed bugs, $20.00 for a generic cocktail is exorbitant, daytime staff is unhelpful and rude, the view is nice.

Second time here, beautiful quiet vacation spot

Let’s discuss. When I first picked this hotel. There was no mention that in order to get to the hotel you must take a water taxi over which was not the biggest deal but gives no mention on the booking or the hotel website. Secondly, anytime we asked the staff for something, it was as if we were bothering them. The staff were not working efficient. It took 25-30 min for them to make scrambled eggs for two. Let’s now discuss the sleeping arrangement. WiFi works when it feels like it, bugs come and go through the cracked door sweep and we running water would occasionally be turned off randomly and we would have to ask for it to be turned back on. Not to mention, out room had BED BUGS!!!! BOTH my sister and I woke up with clusters of red dots and welts all over our body two days in a row. The staff was no receptive and told us this is the FIRST they’ve heard about this. They refused to comp us a night or two when we asked politely and only replied with a “sorry about that”. We were beyond disappointed that two we both saved up to enjoy a few days off of work and school together turned into such a terrible ending to our trip. After checking out early because we were grossed out of the “resort” we went to a local restruant and while speaking to some staff they had actually left working at Marigot bay dive resort because they already knew it had bed bugs and guest complained all the time!!!! Attached pictures of the bed bugs which we VISIBLY saw when we checked the bed.

An amazing location that you take a small ferry across the lagoon to get to. That was a really fun experience. With that said the first room we had was unacceptable. It was older and rundown and right underneath the noisy side area of the hotel. On our second day, we did request a new room which we were granted. This room was absolutely perfect. Beautiful view with a nice front porch with a view of the bay and spacious inside. Amenities were on the low end… And considering this is advertised as a dive hotel… There was no sign of any dive equipment, dive rentals, or any diving going on. The beach is small, but just adequate. No snorkel gear, canoes or kayaks available from the hotel. This was disappointing. When we checked in, we were told by Reception to come to Reception anytime for help booking excursions, etc. After two days of relaxing at the hotel, we were ready to take an excursion and went to the Reception for help. At that time We were told by the receptionist that she was new and not anble to help and we would need to return the next day to get help on any bookings of excursions or snorkeling gear. This was surprising and disappointing as our time at the hotel was starting to pass. The restaurant on site was good. We ate there four out of the six nights. Our other two meals we took the small ferry across the bay to the resort across the bay and enjoyed their Italian restaurant. That was very good. I suppose we would stay here again, but there is a learning curve.

This place left us stranded across from the hotel at night, telling us no one can come get us for the night, to just sleep over there. They made it clear we can call for a ride if we needed one, yet literally made us sleep on the beach for the night instead saying they cant do anything. We also informed staff that we needed to be at the airport by 4am as our flight leaves at 5am. Next morning there is no one at the dock they left us there until 430 before bringing us across and we missed all our flights. They also were supposed to set up a taxi to bring us to the airport, but surprise.. no taxi either. The late night security at the hotel was sleeping on the pool table, i told him we need to go! He told us its not his problem he cant do anything, then processed to sneak off so we couldnt bother him again. They did nothing they said they were going to do and screwed us over multiple times. They asked if they could do housekeeping every other day, yet still didnt even show up to do anything but give us new towles. This is the worst hotel ive stayed at. Yes the area is beautiful but this facility is a JOKE. Stay somewhere else. I am requesting a full refund and to be compensated for my plane tickets home.

The location is amazing, the staff lovely and the accommodation comfortable and clean.

What an amazing crew of staff they have at the hotel…a few power and water issues. Which were resolved as quickly as possible. But this comes with the territory, i have stayed in other Caribbean countries and experienced same issues. The ferry service to and from the hotel is faultless and like hotel staff are amazing people helpful people too. I would recommend staying at the marigot beach hotel to anyone. P.S i highly recommend Jakes barbers across the bay from hotel, if anyone needs that service during their stay💇‍♂️ top quality service.

Great property to feel the vibe of old St Lucia. Very accommodating and friendly staff with a nice bar and free shuttle to take you across the bay. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful place, friendly staff, safe .

We loved the property, and the staff was fantastic. We had a room with a kitchen, and wish they would have a few more basics - small bowls for cereal(in addition to the large ones provided), a mixing bowl, a spatula.

Showers didn’t work, and unfortunately not fixed for the duration of our stay. Staff not very friendly, with the exception of the cooks and chef they were nice and polite. Booking excursions through the hotel was like getting your teeth pulled, lol. About the only thing that was excellent, were the views.
