My stay at Mystic by Royalton in St. Lucia was extremely disappointing. The resort is below standards, has recently been bought out by Royalton and will be shutting down for demolishing starting August. Old and broken fixtures throughout, indicating a severe lack of maintenance. Walls were moldy and demonstrated water damage. The resort was filthy. The customer service was poor, with unprofessional staff who did not seem to care about guest satisfaction. The food was disgusting and barely edible, far from what you would expect at a resort, overall experience very unpleasant. I would not recommend this resort to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Rating -0

This is my second stay at Mystique. This time I spent more days. At the main restaurant I requested a sprite during lunch, i watched the waitress pass me over & over. I left the restaurant and didn’t receive the drink. I would understand if the restaurant was busy but it wasn’t for her to not serve. The phone lines were down from check in to check out. Thank God I had mins on my cell phone I had to call front desk to request towels that house keeping missed.

The room was really nice and spacious which I truly enjoyed. The hotel overall could use some TLC to upgrade the facilities like the public bathrooms. The food also left a lot to be desired especially for the price that was charged. The staff was very friendly and welcoming but that would not be enough to get me to stay there again.

THE STAFF AT RECEPTION ARE RUDE AND UNACCOMMODATING. IT TOOK ME 4 HOURS TO CHECK IN AND THEY CHARGED UNREASONABLE AMOUNT TO ADD ON A GUEST AND THEY SAID THAT IT WAS NOT ALL INCLUSIVE PACKAGE WHICH IS WHAT I THOUGHT I HAD PAID FOR! THE ROOM IS RUN DOWN AND THEY PLAN TO DEMOLISH THE PROPERTY IN 4 MONTHS. THE ROOM’S GLASS DOOR TO THE BALCONY DID NOT LOCK AND THEY NEVER FIXED IT! THE BEACH WAS NICE BUT THE WATER WAS NOT CLEAR! THEY NEED NEW FRONT DESK STAFF AND MANAGEMENT! THEIR LACK IF CARE AND CONCERN WAS TERRIBLE. FRONT DESK STAFF: GRETA/JULIA. ELIJAH SEEMED TO CARE BUT WAS POWERLESS TO DO ANYTHING AND DISAPPEARED FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME!

This was the catfish of all hotel stays. If you are looking for the resort in the pictures, you won’t find it at this hotel. The rooms are from the 1920’s- completed with a clean line of mold on their shower curtains. Not to mention the toilet we had to keep fixing to make the water stop running. They have 1 restaurant at night that is only open 4 nights a week. The buffet is subpar. Mahi’s is a tiny shack open for lunch and was the only decent food. The staff was friendly. We tried to leave after night one but there were no openings at the 5 other resorts we attempted to book. Completely disappointed in the product we were sold vs what we actually got- not to mention for the money we paid.

We pay premium for this vacation Do not treat this hotel as all inclusive hotel Third class hotel with untrained and unwilling to work personal. Flies at buffet area, one restaurant that you need to book every day for dinner with limited selection Every day was something wrong: when we arrived bell boy bring us to dirty room that takes them another hour to clean up, another day they just skip cleaning our room an we get new towels only at 7 pm No premium drinks, only cheap local staff. If you really want not to ruin your vacation stay away from this place

My husband and I just returned from an 8 night stay and wanted to leave on day 2. The positive… the staff was wonderful and so helpful, we can’t say enough about the people. The beach was beautiful and is where we spent a majority of our time. Get up early to ensure you get an umbrella - it’s worth it! The negative….the resort was falling apart. We had water dripping from the ceiling (we were on the first floor), no hot water on night 2 and no cold water on night 8. We had to move rooms as did a few of the other guests we happened to meet. Some rooms are more updated than others. The food was absolutely horrible and they never changed the menu. We gave up on the all inclusive and went off the property for every meal. I would not recommend this place for anyone who feels like good food and quality wine are a key aspect of a good vacation.

Great resort. The food and drinks were great! Only complaint is the resort lost all water on the last day and no one could shower or flush toilets.
