No parking on the property, however I think you can park across the street, the section I stayed in was the newer section that has a Panaramic view of the Caribbean sea it also over looks the Infinity pool east access to restaurant and bar, FYI this building have 3 floors no elevator, I would recommend the hotel, Also for tours, taxi service and excursion ask for Ryan very experience and curtious tour guide!

This property was much to be desired. The staff was incredible, especially Ms Walker at the front desk. But the property itself is EXTREMELY DATED. This place needs major updates and renovations. The pictures on the website must be very old and posted when the property was just made, but it could certainly take some work. On the upside the AC worked.

No frills property. Friendly staff but facilities are in need of updating. Chairs and cushions need replacing. The room was not clean when I arrived (hair in the drain) and when I brought this to their attention, someone came and removed the hair from the drain but that's about it. The toilet did not flush properly all week despite maintenance coming on the first day to fix it. Fixtures are dated and the doors scrape on the ground and require effort to shut properly. Several cockroaches in the room over the course of the week. Hotel does not provide beach towels so come prepared. Shuttle to Legends was a nice feature. The beach furniture at Legends is in used similar "well used" condition.

I enjoyed my stay! It was so nice and the property is clean, quiet, and most of all the ocean views are beautiful! I definitely recommend 10/10

Amazing staff

Nice property. View is stunning. Only issue we encountered:no beach towels were available, no shower toiletries (I usually pack my own but just an fyi), no mini fridge in our room. Staff was friendly and accomdating. Food was delicious. Resort is clean & Very quiet.

We really enjoyed our stay at Samsara. It had a more authentic Jamaican feel than the American hotels. All inclusive food options are limited, but quite tasty. And the staff are what really made our stay most enjoyable. The area is so safe that we walked the 2 km's from Rick's Cafe in the dark with no issues at all. It is fairly secluded from touristy things, but it was a nice change of pace. Oh ya, once you get the nerve, cliff diving is a blast!

Samsara was an absolutely lovely hotel, the staff, the grounds, the atmosphere were 10/10. I was given a free upgrade when I arrived to the ocean side view which I was very appreciative for as I was planning too, but I feel this room let's the hotel down it is very small and basic and quite dark (2 main things I didn’t like was there was 1 plug outlet across from the bed which was a nuisance, the other issue was how dark the room was even with light on -provided these are my personal minuscule annoyances) I then upgraded again to the deluxe side of the property and my gosh the complete difference is outstanding the property is very bright well lit with glass panel door allowing for natural lighting aswell and the most incredible view of the ocean if youre lucky dolphins swim passed aswell, also a few more plug outlets the main being at the side of the beds and a very spacious room. The grounds of the hotel are kept clean and presentable at all times which is lovely to see. EVERY SINGLE staff member is hospitable and very very accommodating no ask is too big or too small they genuinely are happy to accommodate and you can tell they enjoy their time there. The hotel wasn’t full (which I loved) so maybe this counts as to why but would have loved a few more activities/games with the staff. The shuttle to the sister hotel Legends is very handy also. All in all my time here at samsara was amazing and I for sure for sure will stay here again every single time I come to Jamaica. 9/10

The pools are lovely. The infinity pool is stunning. The location is stunning-looking over the cliffs is incredible. What made this hotel is the staff-from the cleaning staff to the serving staff, they were awesome. Super friendly, efficient and pleasant.

The kitchen and bar staff were friendly. However they downgraded us from a bungalow with a King bed and porch with a hammock, to a small room with a double bed and a twin, no hammock and a courtyard view. When I asked for the too. I booked and paid for they insisted it was an upgrade because of the Ocean View, it was not an ocean view or an upgrade. My friends who checked in after I did received their bungalow. The front desk finally agreed to give me the room I booked and paid for the next day because the housekeeping staff were gone. Next day comes and they said they over booked and I wouldn’t receive my bungalow until my last night. Again insisting my smaller room with smaller beds and courtyard view was an upgrade, as if I didn’t see the much nicer bungalows. No discount was offered. It would be a five star rating had I received the bungalow I booked and paid for.

Samsara provided a delightful atmosphere. The view and experience of the cliffside was spectacular. Everyone was warm and welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were excellent and it felt as though we were at a home away from home. Would love to return!

Please update linens, towels, spreads, beach towels! All from last century. Otherwise, charming in an old school way! Great for a photo shoot of the way life used to be. Love the pool table and library. Found Garcia Marquez on the shelf and chilled. It is accidentally Wes Anderson. Bummer that no fresh fruit is available at the bar for tasty rum punches, no ginger beer either! Poor selection. Best part: lovely, kind, helpful and very hard working staff. Samsara needs to work with West End community to rebuild the wall too close to the road and create a pedestrian walkway, ie sidewalk from town to Rick’s. The West End Road might as well be renamed the Road of Death! JTB, Parish reps, please do something. Ironic to find a car windscreen roadkill a few yards west of Samsara, plus an auto body at the next corner…really could be so much better! West End Road unsafe for bicycles and pedestrians. Day or night.

Price

Everything you could ask for in a resort. My wife and I brought our 3 sons (13, 15 and 20) and felt safe the entire time. Got to know the entire staff by name throughout the week...Tina, George, Jason and Norman were great! We were able to jump from the cliffs into the ocean from the resort and caught multiple Amberjacks (as large as 12 lbs) right from the wall of the resort each evening. The Samsara exceeded our expectations!

Samsara Clif Resort exceeded my expectations. When I arrived i was a bit taken aback by the outside but once we entered the property, the amazement hit us. The staff were super courteous and made us feel like royalty. Our room was amazing and the view was breathless. This is a couples paradise. guests get to experience Jamaica within an all inclusive package. authentic Jamaican cuisine and music are enjoyed daily. the staff throughout the property are naturally courteous and friendly. we called to the front desk for extra soap and there was a knock at the door with the soap by the time I put down the phone. Customer service at this resort is on fleek.

The property is beautiful, and the cliffs and swimming/snorkeling are great. It's a good option for families, with other services nearby. The shuttle to and from 7 Mile Beach was much appreciated. Helpful staff!

This resort was more than we could have ever imagined. Not only is the resort STUNNING the staff was so friendly and made us feel so welcomed. By the end of our stay the staff felt like family. The other guests at this resort were also so welcoming- we had such a great time enjoying the crystal blue water with new friends. Thank you so much for everything, Samsara Resort- you are truly a one in a kind resort that I wish everyone could experience.
