The staff are all friendly, food orders are responded to quickly and delivered quickly. The rooms are clean and nice.

I tried it for 1 day and it turned out the hotel was comfortable so I stayed here for another 2 days 👍 but yesterday the refrigerator was broken but the staff replaced it with a working refrigerator.

My last staycation at Barito Mansion was not as satisfying as before. Housekeeping did not clean my room even though I had turned on the housekeeping service indicator in the room. I left the room for more than an hour, but when I returned, the room was still not tidied up. When it was finally cleaned, I came back to find that the soap was not replaced either. At that point, I was already disappointed, so I didn’t report it to the front office anymore. On the morning of my checkout day, I ended up taking a shower without soap.

The staff was really friendly, I asked for the early check-in and the response was very good. Everything alls good.

I’ve stayed at Barito Mansion a few times, and it’s always my go-to choice. It’s super close to my workplace, they got a really cozy rooftop bar, and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. The location is also great and very close to everything, so I never have trouble finding what I need.

The hotel is small, but adequate for those looking for a hotel for a business trip or solo trip. The rooms are compact, but nice, neat, and clean. There's a rooftop bar upstairs, and a restaurant downstairs with pretty good food. Recommended!

Today, March 10, 2025, is my last day (after March 10, 2025, I moved hotels & no longer stayed at Barito Mansion forever) at Barito Mansion after approximately 3-4 years of being a repeater at Barito Mansion because many new crews at Barito Mansion like to underestimate their repeaters, for example, what happened recently was that I was sent a Barito Mansion account for a bed sheet treatment that was accidentally spilled with coffee, which was clear. Every time I finished my activities outside the hotel, I returned to stay at Barito Mansion that night & the Barito Mansion crews who sent me the account number were Reza & Imelda, the new crew at Barito Mansion who were afraid that I would not pay the price of the bed sheet treatment of Rp. 300,000 while I had been at Barito Mansion for 3-4 years, which if converted into rupiah, would be hundreds of millions of my money going into Barito Mansion. The other crew members are all good, only these 2 people, namely Reza & Imelda, who it seems like when they were accepted to work at Barito Mansion, they were not given any training on how to be polite to repeaters and were belittled more than once or twice.

Other hotels in the month of Ramadhan 1446 H are busy making room packages along with food for breaking the fast and sahur meals.... This Barito Mansion Hotel makes room price packages diligently for non-Muslim events such as Valentine's Day and New Year's Eve even though the owners of the Barito Mansion Hotel are Muslims.
