Good staff and service excellent

The best hotel in Anyer. The hotel is really nice, the view is also beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, very complete facilities from the private beach, kiddy room, swimming pool, game room, cafe. My son really enjoyed staying here. The hotel staff is also very responsive and friendly, can check in early if there is a room available. Really liked Mba Regina's service. If I go to Anyer, I will definitely come back to stay here again.

The hotel was cozy and very family-friendly. We were lucky to get an early check in since we arrived on a weekday and there were a few rooms available. We came to celebrate a birthday and a babymoon but there wasn’t any complimentary gift, they did leave a message on the window, which still a thoughtful touch. We had to wait a little longer for the shuttle car to take us around, but overall it was a truly memorable staycation. We’ll definitely be back!

A memorable two-night stay, with excellent facilities and delicious, varied food. There are attractions on the beach, although you'll need to use the hotel car to get there.

The location is nice.. The staff are friendly.. And it really feels like a sultan.

Honestly IMHO, this is the best hotel in Anyer area. Best choice for a family vacation that prioritizes comfortability & relaxing vibe. Very professional, helpful, and friendly staff. Worth every penny. Would love to make a comeback someday.

Cool hotel, but no events for kids during school holidays

The staff are all friendly! From security to reception, restaurant staff, cafe staff, beach staff, spa staff, room service.. wow, they are very helpful. We really enjoyed our vacation at Novus Jiva, my suggestion is to vacation on weekdays, very satisfying! There is a free shuttle to the beach, the beach is also private. I also salute the chef and baker because all the food is delicious! Nothing is a failure (must try the fried noodles at Serai restaurant, and the cream mushroom pizza is very delicious). We got a free welcome drink at the cafe. Oh yeah, the breads at the cafe are all delicious. Must try the chocolate donuts, cheese bread and the champion is the blueberry cheese bread! The price of the bread is also cheap for a 5-star class. My son played in the game room, similar to a mini t'mez'ne. Oh yeah, the shampoo in the bathroom smells really good, is it for sale hahaha. Thank you so much Novus Jiva Anyer, we will be back for sure :)

There is transportation back and forth to the beach, the staff is friendly, the check-in process is assisted quickly.

Location: Strategic, only if you want to go to the beach we have to take the shuttle bus provided by the hotel and don't be confused the security will definitely direct us to wait in the lobby if you want to go to the beach Lobby: Spacious, clean and tidy Staff: Friendly but a bit slow in handling and it seems that there are still many young staff who are still a bit rigid in making policies, for example: after breakfast I brought a glass of herbal medicine to the room because the child was in a hurry to poop, the staff immediately stopped me and said I wasn't allowed to bring it, well, with a small heart I just left the herbal medicine. I brought it to the room but I didn't take the glass home 😅 Swimming Pool & Beach: The swimming pool is divided into 2, one at the hotel and one at the beach, my advice if you want to swim is better the one at the hotel is cleaner but if you want to play in the sand you can go to the beach because the swimming pool at the beach is dirty with lots of sand and the beach also has lots of coral, you can't play in the beach water. Room: quite spacious, clean, complete amenities (just not as good as 5 stars), towels are a bit smelly, not soundproof. Food: Breakfast is not much variety but the taste is good, at the SERAI restaurant the food is also delicious rib soup, fried noodles, pizza is delicious according to the price hehehe Thanks: I requested a Bday writing for my child and the hotel has granted it even though I asked for a big bed they gave me 2 singles but it's okay maybe it was full because it was during the school holiday, and I asked for a mountain view but to be more precise this is a roof and tree view hehehe but it's still okay, it's still nice to look at hehe, and the extra bed is priced at 650 thousand plus breakfast, if not with breakfast 450 thousand, for the extra bed the bed is quite comfortable to sleep on. oh yeah there is also a room deposit of 300 thousand. The point: if you want to take your child on vacation to play at the beach, whether playing sand, swimming etc. it's better to find a hotel that is directly on the beach so it's not complicated, but if for a honeymoon or a vacation that only wants to be in a hotel, my suggestion is this Novus hotel.
