The guy checking us in did lack people skills! He was so aggressive! We were supposed to check in the day before and we arrived late and were checking in the following day at 10am(ish) and he was like check in isn’t till later so we explained we were supposed to check in yesterday. He asked for my 6 year old daughters ID we explained kids don’t have ID’s. There was more but you get the point. Checking in was not pleasant. The room and property itself was in good condition. The beds were a bit hard and not soft.

This was the first time my husband and I have stayed here. The room was very nice and we really liked the fact that there was a arcade, tiki bar and a couple of pools by the beach. The room was very clean but we did see a roach on the wall. If you plan on staying at the hotel there is things to enjoy. We came down to visit with family and enjoy the hotel but I noticed that around 7 they shut down everything such as the tiki bar even though the pool stays open until 10. The inside pool and hot tub was only open for a short period of time before they shut that down. I feel like they offer decent benefits staying here but I also feel that it is over rated considering you cant fully enjoy everything unless you have no plans besides being there, considering everything was closing early and was not able to enjoy it.

First time staying at the property and my wife and I loved the place and cannot wait to come back. The place was so clean and the pools were huge and never crowded. The negative reviews were bogus. I was never hassled about drinks on the pool deck and I was allowed to check in early. 5 stars all around.

I would stay again. Had a great time and a great stay as well. Very friendly!!

Nice property!

I didn't like how they wanted us to pay for a resort pass on the day that we were checking out. They let us enjoy the pool for a couple hours but they said if it was longer we would have to buy a resort pass. Amenities should be allowed even on check out days!

Great beach and pool. Staff is unhappy. Vending machines didn't work. Absolutely no shade around pool. Very limited umbrellas. And chairs and umbrella for beach is 50.00. not supplied by the resort.

Clean and quite rooms

Went there on my birthday already had paid a fortune online, i get there they want more money and they didnt even want to give me a refund worst birthday experience ever

The view was absolutely amazing. It was perfect distance from the cheer venue we attended. It was about a 7 minute drive. The bed was comfortable, restrooms were clean, and we had first floor so being able to walk outside from our patio was amazing. I definitely recommend this hotel. I can't wait to go back.

We have stayed a couple of times and absolutely love it. So clean and staff is very friendly. Not alot of parking for how big it is. We had to park across the street but they give you passes for your windows.

Stayed for event at Daytona Speedway. Location = Uber prices ok, taxi prices horrible. Didn’t use any amenities or go to the beach. 2 bedroom / 2 bath updated and remodeled. No dish soap, only 1 roll of tp for the whole unit, easy fix with call to front desk. As soon as I booked, I received an email with info that was NOT given upon booking: 1.”Security Deposit: A hold will be placed at check-in on your credit card in the amount of $250. The credit card hold will be released, subject to any incidental charges or damages, upon check-out and can take up to 21 business days to reflect in your account.” 2.”We will again begin enforcing the parking policy of only 1 parking pass per unit. Guests will be informed of the available public street parking.” With 2 guests coming from another part of the state, we needed to arrive in 2 cars. When I asked the front desk, they told me to “google it” to find a place to park the second vehicle. When I referenced the email I received, she had no idea what it stated and again told me to “google public parking.” We ended up having to pay 60$ for a parking garage 2 miles away. They could have cared less. We spent the first hour of our stay trying to find parking. To top it off, there were available spaces throughout our 3 night stay. Only reason to go to Daytona is Rockville and Buc-ees.

Everything about the hotel was great! Great staff, clean rooms, large room that was very nice, great view. The only thing that could have been better is the drink selection in the vending machine. We got in really late one night and a lot of stores were closed. We went to get water and therr was none available. We went to get the last two gatorades in the machine and we got one but the other got stuck and ended up falling.

The area was well kept and cleaned. Security was around the property. Service was friendly customer service. THANK GOD 🙏❤️ Thank you 🙏❤️

Other then the fact that I requested a king size bed, and was not accommodated, and was unable to use the pool table in the game room, everything else was fine. Enjoyed the room and other facilities. Disappointed with the weather, but out of our control

The oceanside room views are terrific, I was on the 6th floor. Pools were clean and well maintained, lots of patio space to relax.

It's a very cozy place, I loved it, the people were very friendly, everything was very clean, I will return very soon, God willing.

This property was fantastic. Went above and beyond for me and my party during our stay. Amenities were great. Rooms were clean. Beds very comfy. Lynn the general manager helped us with our checkin and was A+ in her service and communication. 10/10 recommend will be staying again
