Gorgeous hotel with beautiful views. The room was well kept, clean and fresh.

Amazing receptionists and concierge!! Very professional and helpful at all times!! However we had an incident that somebody had went to our room when we went out to a restraint in Monaco and were gone 3h. We found horrible mess in our bad-room . We were in such a state of shock we did not know what to do… Ones we reported it the Pakistani general manager was extreme rude , bad mannered and did not apologize us and denied that somebody most likely a room manager ( like a receptionist said) had messed out room!! We spend this summer 20k got this hotel and experience what I never seen in any hotel in my life had now this made me have a camera that I ll always leave and keep on all my hotel rooms.

Excellent absolutely the best

A beautiful hotel with an incredible lagoon pool with sand bottom. We had a full sea view room with an amazing view. The hotel felt brand new, the room was huge and the bathroom was immaculate. My only complaint about this hotel is the food is very expensive and the options are limited, especially at the pool. There was even a couple hours in the morning with no restaurant service at all, perhaps because it was early in the busy season. There is nowhere to really walk for food outside the hotel, either. It is a short drive to the casino area and marina, plenty of restaurants and shopping there. Despite that, I look forward to returning one day!

Superbe hotel ! excellent sejour.

First day, bathtub gaucet blew out of wall, water everywhere. Kids running around banging and ringing bells and running, Marijuana smoke blown in rooms, construction noise all moring and close to all night, staff comes INSIDE YOUR ROOM WHILE YOU ARE UNDRESSED, everything js a nickle and dime from air to care. Overall, Monaco is for weirdos with money who both hate themselves and thier spouses. I will never ever go back and im taking ALL THIS VIDEO AND PHOTO EVIDENCE and plastering it on the internet EVERYWHERE! Monaco is a den of thieves, dirty money, scoundrels, crooks, and scam artists.

There was renovation right above our room, loud noise woke us up early in the morning. The noise was nonstop & very loud. They should have blocked off all the rooms nxt to renovation site. But everything is excellent, very welcoming staff 😀

Staff was great and friendly. Especially liked the pool.

Best hotel to stay in monaco

It was a nice enough stay. Walls are paper thin, which was really bothersome. Pool closes at 7p which is pretty early given the sun sets around 10p. Overall like staying at an upscale Vegas hotel, but other hotels caught my eye while walking around more so.

The pool bar closed early both days we were there. Not a 5 star hotel experience in that sense. Also had the inside jacuzzi not enabled either day. With the temperature of the outside jacuzzi very cold as far as jacuzzis go. The description of the property would make it seem it has access to a beach, but no beach access is available on the property. We found that not all staff were able to answer questions about amenities and services offered at the resort. We had a lot a pointing us in other directions to find answers. The service at the pool area was lacking because there weren’t enough people available to service guests. A 5 star resort of this cost and caliber should have a much more enhanced customer experience. Not to say the personnel at the pool weren’t positive and effective once they showed up, it just seemed they could increase the number of people to cover the guests that I saw were continuously complaining about not being able to get someone to service them.
