The bed was so uncomfortable, the blind in the window barely blocks the light, the pillows felt like plastic was starched so much. The hot tub was not even lukewarm. I definitely won’t be returning.

Everything was good. Great front desk staff, clean room, and a lot of parking stalls.

We had a nice stay overall. The room was comfortable and well set up, though the couch could use a better cleaning. Breakfast was enjoyable in terms of taste, but it was not served warm. Addressing these small issues would make the stay even better.

Exceptional

Staff was polite, rooms clean, pool area clean, hot tub hot, and both elevators worked. Sometimes not always the case at other hotels. Two minor things that is the reason it was not 5 stars, breakfast was cold, and parking spots close out front appeared to be taken by travelers that left the vehicle there but were not actually staying there. Those vehicles should have designated parking away from door to allow for people staying in the hotel to benefit from closer parking.

Clean rooms

This is our second stay and the quality of service haa been consistent. The room was spacious and clean. It looked new without the typical mouldy smell in hotels. Btw, we also loved the well equipped kitchenette which afforded us lots of flexibity. I plan to use this hotel in the future..

Nice clean hotel with friendly service

Room makeup was excellent, hot water supply is very slow, needs to run 30 min to take a shower, 3rd floor hallway needed vacuuming for 2 days, bar tender lacked proper training for mixing cocktails, pillows felt too hard

The room was perfect and the shower was clean with perfect temperature and water pressure. The staff was so friendly and this location offers park and ride to the airport which I took advantage of.

Very clean, friendly, and great location

Buffet breakfast was all cold. Scrambled egg ,beans ,patato ,bacon. That rest of my experience at that hotel was awesome.
