In the room, there is no mat / cloth for bathing. Mattress not cleaned / bed linen not replaced, towels not provided.

The wiff is off and the TV can't turn on either (off)

Internet dead unpaid lift dead out of service sandy room floors, dusty bed linen, no window curtains.

Very not a recommendation, the internet service is dead by relaxing the receptionist's part answering while playing an iPad. from the check-in the towel was not given, They replied that they were also waiting for the delivery of the towel when it was already 7:00 PM, the air conditioner turned itself off and was not cold after being turned on for 1 hour. (very, very not a recommendation).

check-in has to wait almost a long hour more.

The sheets and pillowcases were stained, the bathroom was less clean.

This is the first time I ordered a hotel with dirty rooms, no towels (finally took it myself in the lobby), used sheets were not replaced, which was even cooler in the morning while the water chapter was dead! Even tissue in the bathroom doesn't have jon, thank you oyo!

Check-in time must wait because the room is not ready, even though it's late. Asking for compliment mineral water for 2 days in a row is only accepted but not delivered.

I checked in the night but still told to wait half an hour because the room hadn't been cleaned. Very bad. TV could not be used, the room was not like in the photo, less clean for a room whose color was predominantly white so shabby was very disappointing really disappointing.

Unfriendly service staff I have stayed a few times at oylo 12422, the service provoked me to emotion, Last time I stayed I could not get toiletries such as soap, toothbrush and toothpaste as well.

The bathroom door is broken. AC leak. All the water in the bathroom is dead, the mattress is dirty.
