Front desk service is very bad (Zulian has a very bad attitude and an unpolite person). High tone to customer and not professional at all. Room c3 17 very bad maintenance. A. Ac leaking at single bed. B. Door Brooke. C. Sofa dirty. Unpolite customer service can't be tolerated. I hope their TOP management has to handle it. But the other front desk (lady) had good service.

Saya menginap di Tower Raflesia Lantai 7 (C7 - 9), dan ternyata: 1. Di dalam 2nd Bed Room nya tidak ada AC. 2. Shower kamar mandi rusak, sehingga diganti dengan gayung dan ember.

I asked for a very long gallon of water even though I contacted the manager, then the door to the balcony did not have a key, the facilities were quite decent at a very affordable price.

A comfortable, quiet and solitary place. The swimming pool is nice, the kids like it.

Like apartments in general, there are only a few rules and the door slot is a bit damaged, so it's hard to open the lock.

Rotten, ugly, dirty bed linen, smelly water, dirty bathroom, dead-end fo ga cooperative, lots of cockroaches and so on.

Facilities are lacking. You can't just borrow cutlery, there's a kitchen but no cutlery and cooking utensils. There are no cleaning tools either. Admin is not friendly.
