Very quaint, quiet and pretty location.

This is a fabulous little gem of a place in the mountains of Norway. Rooms are clean and tidy. Common areas have fun touches like folk tale art on chair backs and other hand curated items. The hotel restaurant offers up wonderful food - including desserts made with local mountain berries and (if you are a meat eater) options like a reindeer burger with creamy cheese, both balancing flavors with the expert touch you might not expect from a hotel kitchen. Truly - if you stay at the Trolltun Hotel, plan to have dinner there. Your taste buds will thank you.

A fantastic one night stay with our 18month old toddler. We had requested a cot and it was all ready in our room when we checked in. The room was comfortable with plenty of space. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ate dinner at hotel and enjoyed our meal. The breakfast was great and there was plenty of choice. Overall, we were sad not to spend more time here but it was a great stopping point on our trip.

It was an amazing stay. I had stayed here before, but after the renovation, it is so much better. I highly recommend the apartment option, which is super new and fresh. You get a full kitchen, including a dishwasher, a stylish bathroom, and a comfortable bed with extra sleeping space. Also, the staff is super friendly.

This is a classic Norwegian mountain hotel with a simple and comfortable room. The gathering spaces were quaint. The area was beautiful. Ample parking. The food was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great buffet breakfast. This was a good value for our trip.

Hotel near ski area, lots of trails nearby and children's playground. Staff was pleasant and we had a lovely dinner.

Nice stay. Very basic room. Could be a bit more...very nice breakfast

This is a nice mountain resort. Small beds, ok-ish breakfast and friendly staff (though they don’t like it if you overstay the breakfast time even by 15 minutes). Convenient parking, but tiny beds.

it was great, the owner was very nice, breakfast was really tasty. the only issue is that there were no blackout curtains, or just half way the window.

Kunne ikke dusje ordentlig for det var kunn håndsåpe i dusjen ikke shampo og balsam . Romet manglet vannkoker og kaffe te . Elsker kaffe på sengen på ett hotellopphold . Frokosten hadde bønner egg pølser men men ikke bacon

Stille og fredelig sted. Hyggelig personale. Kjempe god frokost. Rommet var koselig og rent. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake. Anbefaler dette stede.

Godt og hyggeligt hotel, ligger dejligt. God morgenmad med lækkert brød. Værelserne fine.

Fine omgivelser. Oppusset rom,men litt usikker på renholdet. Heilt ok renhold. Vi drar tilbake,så fornøyd nok.

Rent og pent og hyggelig betjening. Men savnet kjøleskap på rommet. Veldig god frokost.
