it was great, very restfull

Good but it can be better. Area is convenient. It will be great if breakfast is included.

Comfortable and friendly. Very good value.

The property is in a great location but needs a lot of love. There is a lot of poor painting and bad patch work. The pool is nice and bar staff was great. The food and AC was also very good.

I wasn’t comfortable

The hotel staff are amazing. They make you feel at home. I love that is on the boardwalk and everything you need in within walking distance. The rooms are out dated however they keep it clean and smelling fresh

The beach, the pool and the breakfast

The outside, pool and beach is amazing. The rooms are very old and the mattresses was awful I had to switch rooms.

Was a solo trip for a week and the room was very outdated. Housekeeping was very basic. Didn’t even add more toilet paper when came in the room for when I stayed there. I had to ask for it.

The location is the best thing about the property. Beach front, right on the boatdwalk. We stayed in a renovated seaview room with a kitchen and balcony. The room was good - spacious and clean. The balcony is shared with the room beside. We were initially incorrectly taken to a road view room and it wasn't somewhere that I'd stay. Very small and depressing, not renovated. Maybe good for 1 person who didn't plan on being in the room much. The pool is nice too but they charged $3 USD per towel rental even though we were staying there, and then the cleaning staff took the towels (we planned to use them again). The pool area was also very busy on cruiseship days; the resort rents out chairs and cabanas to cruise passengers. We didn't eat at the restaurant. It was convenient having the market next door for water etc. Istanbul next door had good food. Every weekday morning we walked to Le Cafe French Bakery. Highly recommend the bakery - lots of fresh food selections, reasonable prices and awesome service.

Bugs in the room

Too many stairs. Can you arrange to have a kettle in rooms? Anika is a wonderful receptionist, not too sure about the others.

Good place overall, but the rooms need updating or remodeling. Mattresses could be more comfortable. Staff was great.

First the staff are very nice and helpful. Second, this is not a handicap friendly establishment. There are 21 steps up from street level to the lobby. There was another flight of stairs up to our room. The room is small. The bathroom is small and cramped. There is no house phone in the room. The tv did not work. The refrigerator shelves were sticky. As far as I can tell, there is no direct access from the lobby to the beach. You must exit to Front street and then go around to the beach. There is no way to darken the room. The air conditioning works.

We enjoyed the property the beachfront pool and friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The location is great and the cabana rooms add to the unique style and atmosphere

Great hotel right on the boardwalk. Some parts are a little tired but they are renovating and those rooms are gorgeous. I’d stay here again

Great view, centre of town. convenient. Nice room, clean. Extra blanket, pillows would be a welcome addition. Bar area/ restaurant unorganized, expensive!

Beach view was double booked waited three days before the other people left no service whatsoever just for people coming off the ships. Staff was ignorent never help if you handicap the shower basin in room the water ran away from drain no Tamala other then knife and fork only two room looks half ass liveable the other room they have lifts no one help with your language and the taxis run bye a bunch of croc's the are one big scams like the mobs stay away from this organize gangs no parking after I rented a car
