This apartment hotel is actually nice for its rooms and amenities, but it's a shame that parking is only free once, and that has to be after 24 hours. In other words, if you stay at this hotel with a vehicle, parking isn't free if you're moving around. Furthermore, the breakfast is mediocre, as long as it's there. The menu isn't varied and the taste is lacking. The reception staff were unfriendly and seemed defensive when we complained about parking. It's a shame, considering the rooms are very nice and the amenities are great. Hopefully, this policy will be changed in the future.

Overall it's still okay, it's just that the WiFi sometimes gets stuck.

I like the apartment because it has a private elevator that directly connects to the room. So hypnotized to have it, lol. It's really very private, perfect for those who don't like crowds. The swimming pool water is cold, shivering swimming in the afternoon. The night atmosphere feels warm, amazed to see the cars turn into mini and are in traffic jams when seen from the 20th floor as well as the lights that are brightly lit. Really privacy vibes are really great, awesome.

Easy and fast check-in and check-out. Access to rooms via private elevator, eliminating the need to stop on multiple floors. Easy access to numerous dining options both within and outside the apartment complex. The only downside is the parking lot, which is too narrow, making it somewhat difficult to get in and out of cars due to the close proximity.

The location is easy to find, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is friendly, both at the reception and in the restaurant.

I was locked out 3 times. The first time, the lock battery ran out, and I had to wait over 20 minutes to enter my room. I went all the way to the receptionist, went up again, but still no luck. Another time, the receptionist did not pay attention to my check-out time, so again I had to go all the way to the receptionist and went up again. The last time, the same issue occurred: the battery ran out 🙄🙄🙄. Jesus Christ, why didn’t they solve it the first time? I had to go all the way again and wait over 20 minutes.

Perfect for families, no regrets. All the staff are friendly and kind, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are excellent, and it's easy to get around. I'll be back again.

Actually it's good, but there are some things that I think are still lacking: 1. Access from the parking lot to the hotel lobby is quite far. 2. Only 1 room key is given. 3. There is no receptionist. 4. The staff lacks initiative and doesn't give enough direction, because there are too many elevators and buildings. 5. Minimal facilities. 6. The restaurant is small and the menu is very limited, in my opinion it's not worth it for the price of 130k/person. 7. Slow internet. 8. Parking tickets can only be free after 25 hours, and are only valid 1x. 9. Can't ask for a hotel stamp for official letters from the office. 10. Too many things are charged, one of which is for additional mineral water which is charged 15 thousand for 1 bottle. This is my first time staying in an apartment that is said to have facilities and services equivalent to a hotel, but in my opinion it is a bit far from conventional hotels in general, fortunately the location is strategic, in the middle of the city and there are many food stalls and supermarkets around the hotel, and the rooms are quite clean, if you want to look for facilities like a hotel, I suggest looking for another, but if your intention is to stay in an apartment, this will be a recommended place, that's all.

Due to basement renovations in the Emerald Tower, access to the apartment by car is difficult. Otherwise, the apartment is fine.

No front office. My refund request got denied because: the accommodation said the reservation is available and I did not respond to their request of proof at 10 PM, when I was fully asleep.

Very nice. The service is very good, and the place is very clean and upscale. I recommend renting it.

Stayed in a Junior Suite with my family. 20th floor with a semi-private guest elevator. The room ambiance was okay, with a terrace/balcony. You can cook, but there were lots of cockroaches in the living room and the connecting door to the terrace. This morning, for sahur, the omelet was so salty that it was bitter. Overall, none of the food was edible. For rooms over 1.4 Mio, the meals are really basic.
