My stay here was very memorable, as the service was very friendly and the room was clean. The food was also delicious, but I would recommend adding more variety to the main course, as there are only a few. Thank you.

The bedsheets were not fresh, the breakfast variety was lacking for a four-star class, most of the breakfast food was already gone by 8:00 and took a long time to be refilled, and some of the food was even too salty.

It was really nice staying here.... The staff was friendly, the room was clean, the food had a lot of choices and was delicious, the swimming pool made me feel at home and the price was really worth it.... If I go to Cikarang I will definitely stay here again

This is my third time staying here. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is friendly. I was a bit confused when I wanted to have breakfast; it was moved to the lobby and I wasn't informed at check-in. The menu is a bit smaller, unlike before, but it was more extensive and complete.
