Very good, clean and convenient for travel and short business trips.

The room was okay, well-equipped, had a bright window, a clean kitchen, and a convenient location for getting around.

- The room lacked natural light, and the entire outdoor unit was placed right on the bedroom balcony, making the room feel quite stuffy. It wasn't as airy as the photos. The bathroom didn't even have a toothbrush holder. - There was no proper reception desk for check-in, and the staff had a terrible attitude. - A bad experience.

The staff's attitude was very poor; even after arguing with the hotel staff for a while, they still didn't resolve the issue for the customer.

I didn't take any pictures. But the mini apartment here is good. Clean.. I will come back if I have the chance.

Personally, I think everything is very okay. Only the toilet faucet leaks and the soundproofing is a bit poor. I think if you need a quiet private space, you should consider 8/10. I will come back next time. 🥰

Around the hotel there are many 7/11 convenience stores. Many delicious Indian and Thai restaurants.

There was no drinking water in the room. I told the cleaning staff to clean it but they forgot. The staff's attitude and professionalism were average. Convenient location, fairly new house, only bad thing about the staff's attitude.

Good service, friendly and enthusiastic staff

Personally, I find this branch staff enthusiastic, cheerful and quite friendly. Room is like the picture. Clean. Strong wifi. Car alley can enter.

Booked a room with a standing mirror but got a room without a mirror. The lights were a bit dark and there were cockroaches. But it was nice and early check-in was supported depending on room availability.

Inadequate eating utensils

No toiletries, poor customer service.

The counter staff is very good. Fanpage supports quickly. The room is beautiful and luxurious, just the type of studio I like.
