I got a discount code when booking, so it was cheaper than Agoda. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had a bathtub and a beautiful swimming pool. The surrounding nature was lush and green. However, check-in is at 3 PM. It would be great if breakfast was included.

I travel to Chiang Mai every year and am always very impressed. I've been back three times already! If I'm staying in the city center, I'll only choose this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, and the bathrooms are large with a good separation of wet and dry zones. The room is well-designed with a sofa, storage space, and a large wardrobe. Everything is perfect. I love it! The only thing I haven't tried yet is breakfast, which I haven't booked in advance. I give it 100%!

The reception staff, security guards, and housekeepers are friendly. There's an elevator, underground parking, bicycles available for borrowing, and it's close to a community area, Lotus supermarket, and an SCB ATM.

Overall is ok. Btw, the hotel is strict about check-in/out time. They do not allow you to get a room, even if a room is available, until the check-in time. I arrived at noon and asked for early check-in, but they said I have to pay for it without compromise.
