Friendly staff.clean and quiet

great hotel

This is a fantastic place to stay!

We picked this hotel based on ratings and reviews. Unfortunately it did not live up to either. The first room we were given had a horrible smell so we changed rooms to the “tower” assuming that was an upgrade but the tower is under renovation which was not mentioned. The hotel overall is very worn and old. Every time the ac unit came on during the night it made a loud sound that sounded like someone opening the door. Very unnerving. Clearly we were disappointed.

The hotel is in good repair although the elevators in the tower need a refresh, Room was spacious and comfortable, good climate control. Service in the reception, lounge and the restaurant were very good. And the main reason we chose this hotel again was the pool, it's a very good size for a hotel and the pool area is clean and airy, lots of light. We also like this hotel because it is dog friendly, and it's only a short drive to get to the Oxbows offleash dog park.

Dirty, hot tub and saunas didn’t work

The hotel was really nice. Clean and quiet. Staff very nice. The restaurant we had breakfast in was very good. Had a great stay. Would stay there again.

We were impressed with the club facilites offered, really liked the club room available 24 hours with appies, a free drink and delicious breakfast.

Great location

I stayed at this location when it was a Sheraton. Glad to see the quality has not gone down, since it was sold. The staff were fantastic and it was quiet on my floor. Having the casino attached is great for anyone who enjoys the scene. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

Hot tub was shut down by AHS

Everything was good. Good value.

Staff always friendly, check-in easy and fast. This is an older property and starting to show its age in certain places. The hot water in the shower never reached anything above a 6 even when turned to its highest level. Warm enough to take a very short shower. Never did warm up sufficiently.

Everything was perfect. Very nice staff.

Being connected to the casino

Conveniently located. Rooms are clean, the pool and hot tub are good and the club room was definitely a highlight.
