When we arrived, we were hit with unexpected charges to our rooms. The gentleman was very nice about taking the extra money from us. We had purchased 3 rooms for the night and refunds were not an option so we were forced to pay these fees. The swimming pool was mediocre, there is visible damage to the ceiling in some areas, certainly felt like this place was not "resort" material. The hot tub was not working properly and while I do enjoy sitting in hot water, I would prefer my hot tubs to have a nice rolling boil instead of a light simmer. The weight room is very nice along with the sauna so that was nice. The rooms felt outdated and our lamps were unplugged when we arrived. After trouble shooting and finding the reason for why the lights wouldn't work. We enjoyed the remainer of our stay. Overall, I felt like I was overcharged for the lack of satisfaction I think should entail for staying at a "resort".

Don't get the executive lounge waste of money...

Staying here was wonderful, it felt great to be acknowledged by staff, they were all so nice.

There was literal vomit on the wall in my shower. I called the front desk and asked them to clean it. They didn’t. I spent my entire trip showering next to vomit.

The hotel was good it’s a bit outdated but still has lots of charm. And it was nice to be able to go to the casino which was very good and clean.

Room was very clean, and staff were helpful and friendly.

Great stay as always

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff were great, we were able to get into our room earlier than expected and this helped us out immensely. Enjoyed the bar!! We attended a gathering in one of their conference rooms, it worked very well and the food was wonderful and plentiful.

God food and very friendly staff

Clean room and great staff. Everything was great but would have liked the sauna and steam room to be working though. Also if the room had better A/C on those hot days it would be nice. Fan runs all night but didn’t really cool the room off. Don’t want to look like it was a bad stay as the stay it self was pretty good and I like this hotel, but some things to work on when someone is staying 4 nights. Thanks guys and we will be back. Love the pool and customer service.

air not working, cold shower...terrible.

It is a very nice hotel and it was convinient but the carpetd are very dirty. The carpet in the corridor fir the room was not even vacuum and stay lije that for the 4 days of my stay. Around the are there are a lot of restaurants.

Breakfast was not included, I was not happy with my breakfast, the other people at my table enjoyed their's.
