The location, staff and room facilities are all very good. However, the hotel's policies are extremely bad and lack transparency. In the Central region - where there are frequent storms in the last months of the year - the hotel does not clearly state that check-in dates cannot be changed due to bad weather (storms, floods) or any form of support in case of force majeure.
I have paid the full cost for 4 days and 3 nights, scheduled to check-in on October 23, 2025. On October 22, Typhoon Fengshen (October 23-26) is forecast to make landfall, causing heavy rains across the Central region. Although the storm weakened at sea on October 23, the circulation still caused heavy rains in the area. For safety reasons, I decided to change my flight - Vietnam Airlines supports free ticket changes, but the hotel refused to change the date, requiring check-in on time or a fee of 1 night if changed - something that is completely not stated in the policy.
This is a force majeure situation, not due to the customer's arbitrary change, but the hotel still handled it rigidly, inflexibly and did not respect the customer's rights.
