The hotel is right by the beach, absolutely amazing!

My favorite room was the spacious family room with a sun-drenched sea view, perfect for watching the sunrise in the morning. It's ideal for families who don't want separate rooms. The hotel isn't large but has all the necessary amenities, and it's just across the road from the beach. The location is convenient for visiting places in the city and Hoi An. I'd definitely come back again.

Ms. Kieu Anh was very friendly and lovely. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the room was clean and smelled nice.

The hotel is clean. The staff are enthusiastic and attentive. It has a view of My Khe beach. It's easy to get to restaurants and entertainment areas.

Nothing to complain about. The room was clean, the housekeeping staff were incredibly fast, and everything we needed was provided. We were well taken care of during our 4-day stay. The location is super convenient.

I stayed in a room during the busy fireworks display. The hotel is right by the beach, within walking distance. The Wi-Fi was unusable, showing only two bars and very weak; I had to use 4G. I claimed it from the staff but it still didn't work. Even worse, the room was damp, and the bedding was also damp. I booked it during peak season for nearly 2 million VND per room, but my room was connected to another room even though the door was closed. We could hear everything being said between the two rooms, ugh. Not worth the price.

Miss Kieu and staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! Hospitality at Maximilan is second to none, and offers great accommodations for guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable. Only gripe is that the beds were very firm, but everyone has different wants. I can’t thank you enough!

The hotel is located opposite the beach, making it convenient for swimming. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are enthusiastic, especially Kieu Anh, who provided excellent assistance. I will definitely return when I visit Da Nang.

Everything was great for me, from the location to the hotel's ambiance. There were even staff to take care of the room and remind me to use the breakfast buffet.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. The room had a partial sea view but was very nice. The only downside was that we couldn't use the hotel's swimming pool because they said it was under renovation for two days on the day we stayed 😅. The location right by the beach makes it very convenient to go to the beach.

This is my second stay at Maximilan. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would like to check out late, but the hotel was full. The staff offered us to use the bar and the pool on the top floor until the checkout (finally we did not use but the offer was appreciated). Highly recommendable!
