Ouch, stupidly I didn't read the review, just booked it right away because I was tired of activities and needed a nearby resting place. And last night they ran away! In my opinion, this does not fall into the hotel/OYO category. Can't get a towel, can't get a mat, can't get the TV remote, the room smells damp, the aura is horror. Hi. It's true if someone says this is more of a place of refuge. I'm sorry I say this so that it can be improved again for all. And for guests, don't be stupid like me who didn't see the review.

The receptionist was not friendly and seemed confused when handling me and my family at check-in. For the Deluxe Double room that I ordered, the condition was very far from the picture posted. The room is very simple like the old building. Mattresses and furniture are also old items. There is no air conditioning, there is only an exhaust fan and even then it turns off. When complained the clerk was not there and it was not resolved until he left the hotel. The room gets very hot and humid. The hotel vibe in my part of the room was spooky with sharp, squeaky wooden steps and dim lighting. There are also lots of mosquitoes around my room and my family so that it makes sleep not sound. Hopefully the hotel management will improve the service and quality of the hotel in the future.

The main factor for this hotel is the location. It's near Malang station and several other important places. There're also culinary spots near here. The second is its price. The price is worth the value, but don't expect too good for a <100k room. It's decent but it can be better. There's a cockroach in the room. No water heater. Decent wifi connection but bad wifi and phone signal reception inside room.
