No trash can, no tissues...flat mattress, dirty room...dead AC in room 101 The hotel is poorly maintained.

The hot water isn't working in room 17. Please fix it. I've stayed here many times, but yesterday the hot water wasn't working. Thank you.

Overall, for this price, the facilities are good, but there are a few shortcomings: there are no doormats or trash cans in front of the entrance, and there are no coffee, tea, or sugar sachets either😁😁

The location and room are nice, but there is no water heater or dispenser outside the room, so it's difficult to get a warm drink. The staff is friendly and the room is clean and comfortable, suitable for families.

The advantage of this hotel is that it is very close to the main road and the price is quite cheap, but otherwise it is not recommended, it happened that we could check in earlier because the room was not occupied. When we checked in, we were given the family room Anggrek no. 9. The room was very dirty, it seemed like it had not been used for a long time, the floor was full of dust and what was worse was that there were lots of rat droppings in the bathroom because the bathroom drain was not closed. Finally, we asked to move rooms and were given the one next to it. It was a bit better. Although we still had to sweep it again because it was still dirty. Please prioritize room cleanliness because that is the most important thing.

Friendly staff, worth it for that price

I ordered for 3 people, but was given 4 single beds, Subhanallah... The receptionist and other staff were very kind, especially the clean swimming pool. Highly recommended.

everything is okay, very good and nice, but unfortunately I got a room where the toilet water was leaking, but not the dirty water from below.

The staff is friendly, the water went out but was immediately responded to and repaired so it came back on quickly, the parking lot is spacious, there is a swimming pool and the rooms are quite clean.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is comfortable even though I ordered a king size bed but it turned out to be a twin bed. 😂 At night the bathroom water was off and didn't come out at all, when it was turned on the water heater didn't work.

The hotel staff is very competent, kind and helpful, I who had a problem with check-in hours was also helped well, then when there was a problem with the room, they were given a good solution too, Friendly and polite and ready to help, the room is also neat, clean all the facilities function well. It's a shame the cafe around is not open 24 hours to see the sunrise but for lodging it's very okay!

At first I was annoyed, I got a jasmine room in the hallway (not too stuffy) even though I saw the front room in the front yard of the car park on YouTube after negotiating with the kind staff, I was upgraded to a triple room clean pool even though it's not too big lots of snack vendors inside and in front of the hotel gallon water is provided in every corner triple room with LED TV hot water terrace with benches and tables for drinking coffee next come here again with a group thanx kaka gemoy who has informed me about the triple room 20 checked in on April 2, 2025
